The saber is like from a dream!! it's the best thing I've bought in my entire life

The sabers are ok, but they took 2 months to arrive and the customer service wasn't very helpful in solving the problem

Incredible!! I am so happy with my purchase. This is my first saber & I couldn’t be happier with the quality & the multiple options. I expected shipping to take longer, but it arrived very quickly! Will definitely be purchasing more from this site & highly recommend!!

This was my first purchase from ArtSabers and while the slow shipping originally had me a bit discouraged, once I received the saber, I was very content with my decision to purchase from ArtSabers! I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the hilt itself (just got a base-lit, Simplex V3 saber) along with the free blade plug and free hilt “grip wrap” that came with the purchase (freebies I have never received from any other vendors I have ordered from). That was a very nice surprise and definitely made up for any shipping slowness. The only downside of the grip was that I wasn’t a fan of the “tape” that came to secure the grip wrap to the hilt. Was pretty cheesy with the wording it had on it. Since it was “free”, however, no complaints here haha! The sound fonts, smooth swing, and light quality were in line with every other base-lit saber I have in my collection (from other vendors) - so I was very happy with that. Overall, I am very impressed and would consider ordering again based strictly on the high quality product I received for such a low price. The only compliant I have is the longer shipping time (compared to my experience with other vendors).

I bought my husband the Qui Gon Gin lightsaber for Christmas. Once the product was sent, it didn't take long to receive it, considering the Christmas rush. There was a problem with the USB port, but Artsabers sent us the replacement part without too much delay. To communicate with the company, I suggest instagram, they respond faster. My husband still can't believe the visual and sound quality of the light saber. It's the most beautiful replica he's ever seen. We're cosplaying and it's going to be a solid accessory for upcoming events.

Worth the purchase to have as close to a real lightsaber as you can. Great collectible

Will keep this short and to the point. DO NOT BUY AND PART WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. The lightsabers are defective and even more defective is their so called customer service. You will not get a reply or response after sending countless emails. Also claim to have a UK address listed which is also false. Save yourself a headache, and if in the UK purchase from Padawan Outpost for excellent lightsabers and cheaper prices along with unbelievable customer service.

Hilt - Great texture, easy to spin. Brushed chrome for the upper and shrouds is perfect. Excellent sound chasm so you can hear each swing and blaster deflect.

Xeno3 soundboard - Great stock sound fonts, very easy to engage app on your phone and begin adding extra fonts from your favorite developers.

Accessories - Come with everything you need, including neopixel blade, carrying case, extra retention screws, hex keys and blade plug.

Customer service - Quick response, even during the holiday season.

Overall - 5 stars for quality, thoughtful goody bag items and ease of communication with Artsabers support team.

I bought the Dual Tone Force FX saber (Xenopixel V2 version) for my nephew for Christmas. He also has a RGB simple X V1 from Arts Sabers too. it's safe to say he absolutely loves it! He's really impressed with the brightness of the Xenopixel compared to his RGB saber. The rainbow blade looks amazing! There are a lot of sound fonts and colour/start-up options too when the blade is connected to the app. He's already saving for the next one, so definitely a happy customer!

Take care ,they are holding beautiful item , we have to recognise it but their after sale support do not exist.
Many mails wrote , a lot of promesses but still have not received the replacement part asked 6 months ago.

Terrible customer service, no response on emails. It took almost a month to get anything from them...
But saber is looking great and works fine.

I purchased during a Black Friday sale the Kenobi saber from EP1, the detailing on the hilt is exceptionally beautiful, the quality of the material it is really good, also the neopixel blade is super bright and durable and the sounds are pretty good. Everything comes in a neat carrying case, totally worth the price! Desafortunately the product came defective and, after two weeks, I am still waiting a response from costumer services to solve the problem, I hope Artsabers can manage the situation as soon as possible.

What a mess! Bought an Asoka double blade. Blocked at the airport duty control since 24 of October! They answer me few times asking me how to find a way to overcome that issue. They ask me if I want a new parcel but I say no, I asked multiple times for a refund but nothing change. No parcel, No money back and (again) no further answer to my mail. So disappointed!

UPDATE 04/01/2024:
Finally received the total refund. I’m still disappointed of their so called customer service. If you want a refund, you have to wait, be extremely patient, and a Warrior!

Dude I already had my first saber from another company but somehow artsabers found its way into my #1 spot they are great quality authentic looking sabers I have two from them right now the Anakin and the maul
