My only issue would be how long it takes to process the order. Other than that it has gone great. My emails were answered quickly and I was able to track my package through out the entire experience.

They make or at least sell great sabers but not all is perfect. I bought the Luke ROTJ Saber. Firstly I ordered the weathered version but received the regular one. The control box is loose which is annoying. Lastly the battery holder is kinda touchy, instead of just putting the batteries in and ya done, ya have to play with the position of the batteries so they make proper contact with the holder...otherwise the saber won't turn on

Absolutely pleased with my lightsaber, I would highly recommend getting a lightsaber from this company, very friendly and kind , and fast delivery

We bought the Marrok saber and it did not disappoint. Item arrived super fast! Love the quality. But there’s wayyyy Too many fonts programmed into the saber and zero fonts for the ACTUAL character the saber is meant for, which is kinda lame :/

This item was ordered for my grandsons Birthday on April 7 and was shipped and scheduled to arrive April5-6. Today is April 11 and it STILL has Not Been Delivered!!! Very Disappointing!!

Something interesting I realised when I got my first saber (A Simplex V2) was that it had an incorrect instruction manual that didn't contain all the gestures and commands to do everything it is supposed to. However, upon buying my second Simplex V2 the instructions had updated and worked for both the new and old model.
If you buy a saber and the instructions are wrong, contact customer support, they will send you a link to a video explaining and demonstrating everything your saber can do.
9.5/10, would recommend.

Has 2 completely different policy's whenever I log in some of the payment methods they have set up don't even work did I mention its all dropshipped? Yeah good luck getting something fixed these 🤡s don't even have the sabers in hand oh oh also they are well known for using large tik tok and youtube creators to promote the company then abandon them as soon as a deal is stuck
And I thought ultrasabers was bad hahahaha

Good quality lightsaber, works totally fine.
Only thing I'm missing is that I only got a charging cable, but no charging cube. Also I'm missing the basic instructions like how to put together the saber and what the extra parts are for. Overall, great service.

My request for a refund as yet to be granted just a notification to review your return policy. The lightsaber I purchased does not match the lightsaber on your website I am still waiting to hear back from someone. From your warehouse department or whatever.

When I checked out it had a box that I clicked to get a case along with the order and when it didn’t arrive I was told it wasn’t offered for our kind of saber, that was extremely misleading and the main reason why we purchased from you

Awesome, well made product for the price. We can dual with force and have a rough action without fear of breaking the Sabers.

That only got part of my order I had ordered two sabors and received only one. Would have given five stars if all order was there. But missing a sabor. Everything else is amazing

The shipping time was not acceptable. I ordered my item a month ago and it still hasn't arrived yet. It was marked as shipped on the 17th, usps didn't even receive the item until over a week later. I think I will stick to Vadersabers from now on.
