Defective product with ZERO customer support. Purchased the Anakin EP3 Neopixel Lightsaber. Within a few days the switch was loose. I contacted customer service and received no reply. Chased again 5 days later and after 11 days still no response. The switch has now come off completely. These products are poorly made and to make matters worse, the seller hides away from any problems. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Don’t waste your money.
very disappointed. Customer Service does not exists. my order is in "ready to ship" status for 3 weeks now and there is no way to get in contact with `Company representatives. This is simply unacceptable in XXI century.
Product was never received, my son is crushed and Christmas is ruined. They do not reply to repeated emails. Hope to warn other people to stay away from this company.

The lightsaber wasn’t the problem, the company is.
Their customer service is abysmal and out right rude. They clearly don’t have the facilities to handle an influx of customers.
After putting a negative review of my experience online, they asked me to delete it by saying “And it would be great if you could remove the bad review from TrustPilot.”
They had also left me on read multiple times which I have proof of but they kept saying that they hadn’t even opened my messages which was a complete lie.
I had emailed multiple times before this and still got no response, so I resorted to texting them through Instagram which took them about 2-3 days to respond. I’ve never been in a situation like this with any other business and am very disappointed.
However, the lightsaber had arrived in good condition.
It’s just unfortunate that the customer service and attitude of the company is not appealing at all.
Update: the products arrived today, but the waiting time was very high (despite the fact that they advertise a fast shipment).
Strongly suggest that they start answering to customers queries on time and inform about the realistic estimated time to deliver.
If I would have placed the order begging of December, and not middle of November, I wouldn’t have had presents under the Christmas tree this year ..
I have placed the order 1 month ago (with delivery in Denmark) and no sign of the products!
If I track my order using the order number, I don’t find any details of my order! Luckily I have the initial purchase confirmation mail as a proof.
They don’t answer to web messages, mails or Facebook messages!
My order came a bit later than I was expecting, well packed and the product quality was much better than the pictures, absolute recommend 10/10

I purchased two light sabers - birthday gifts for my two nephews, and paid a considerable amount of money. I received them okay, but one had a bit missing and with no instructions on how to assemble I've been trying to get some advice and requested they send the missing part, but after multiple emails as well as attempts to contact via Facebook Messenger, there has been no response. They were quite happy to take my money. They have also removed my comments from their Facebook page as they were negative comments similar to this. I'm guessing my review and question posted to their website won't be published as they are clearly vetting comments etc. Think twice before purchasing as you won't hear from them if there is a problem.
Order never arrived!
Tracking numbers shows no change of status till 03/11/23. That means only one thing, package never left... I already opened a dispute in pay pal.
My lightsaber did arrive. But the button fell off after less than two weeks. They have been very bad at responding to my mails, and then after 3 weeks send a video of how I could reassemble it. But after I did that the button fell off again. This was not worth the many money. And the service was not good.
Have waited ages for it to arrive since I ordered it. Waited so long they have missed delivery in time for my son's birthday. At first the delay was because they were out of stock, but they took weeks to confirm this. Then the delivery company they used failed to deliver and now the saber is lost between the delivery company and ArtSabers, without either one taking responsibility. They rarely reply to emails and only seem to respond on Instagram messages with very non-committal replies. It's an expensive item and I am now worried it wont arrive.
Such an easily navigated website, the range is the best I've found yet and customer service is very fast, delivered to new zealand no problems, I will and have be buying from art sabers again!!
The saber was great and it came between 5-10 days which was expected. We got a double bladed version so two people can duel each other at once and so far it has been holding up very well in our heavy dueling. It came with a ton of sound fonts and features such as gesture control, clash effects, many colors, and even more blade effects! Overall it was a great experience and definitely recommend buying from ArtSabers if you want a cheap duel worthy saber!

The products I received are very nice. Both the lightsaber and the belt clip are of good quality and have the functionality I expected for the price. Maybe even better then expected. And the belt clip itself I thought was plastic but is actually metal. I think aluminum as it is very light.
The delivery was however about a moth to late compared to what they promised on the website. This seems to be a reoccurring problem. So artsabers maybe update your policy. Because a month is still very good for this spiciic product. And there was no tracking information available for a long time. But this could also be an issue at the carier company, hard to say.
So if you order expect a good product but keep 1-2 months delivery with no tracking until the last few days into account.
My husband and I just got our first sabers and we are so happy with them! The quality and craftsman ship is out of this world!
After a lot of research I decided to go with this base lit RGB saber from Artsabers as my first in the collection. It has a lot of great features and effects (for a non-pixel saber) and can be used for dueling / spinning.
I was very impressed by the quality of the hilt. There were no rough edges, and it’s super light and solid. The blade is very bright and the colors are vibrant. The speaker is loud, I use it on low volume and it’s more than plenty. The sound fonts are fun (there’s more than I need). The blade effects are great (steady, pulse, unstable) blaster deflect, flash on clash, and saber lock up. It also has some motion controls. The effects and sounds really make this a great experience and a lot of fun to use.
The instruction booklet has easy to use charts to learn how to change all the settings. It takes a few minutes to get used to the one button, but I have no problem using it now.
Very happy with this item. Shipping was fast (about a week) and they provided me with order and tracking information as soon as it shipped. Overall, great experience and I can’t wait to pick out another saber from them in the near future!
