When my father first time bring home „Star Wars” on a VHS tape almost 30 years ago, my life changed forever. I already knew then that what I wanted most in the whole world was to have an X-Wing and a lightsaber!

Unfortunately, the first one will probably be difficult to happen... 😅. However, when it comes to the lightsaber, ArtSabers can really make dreams come true!

Sure, their saber wasn't the first one I held in my hands, but it was the first one that allowed me to fully feel the magic of the Galaxy Far Far Away! When purchasing their saber, I expected a longer shipping time, but I received a fantastic product of the highest quality!

To put it briefly: the sabers from ArtSabers took me as close to the film experience as possible.

I definitely recommend it to anyone who has Star Wars Saga in their hearts! 🖤

I purchased a Darth Revan legacy box with helmet and two sabers. Paired this with a custom printed helmet stand to create a cool display for my home office. Love the blue tooth connection on the app for switching setting around. Overall very happy with my purchase and its quality!

Website says 3-8 days for rest of world, after 10 days contacted them to be told in takes 10-20 business days to ship to UK! Misleading website and incorrect information. Provide tracking info but it's useless, use app called track17 that doesn't update and encourages you to pay for tracking if you want more info. A total farce, I hope this turns up at some point and is quality or its going back........never again!

Great quality, arrived quickly and with no problems.

Order not received yet, an order with this value and from a reputed shop should be delivered with a good courier service with good tracking Portal.
One link shows the shipment is from germany to Poland and the other link shows it shipped from china to Hong Kong and now it is in Europian (where is europian?)

The whole experience was ridiculous, I hated every bit of it! Starting with the delayed delivery, the set was intended as a birthday present - it was late. I was not compensated for that of course. When the set finally arrived - one of the sabers was defective. Caught fire and burned my hand with melted plastic! It was pure luck it wasn't my kid... Instead of being helpful and try to make it right - the support was slow, rude and quite useless. They were not interested in making this right at all! Anyway I've shipped this trash back to ARTSABERS (at my own expense!) and am awaiting the refund.

I’ve purchased a number of lightsabers from Artsabers. Each time, they arrived quickly and well packaged. The lightsabers are made of high quality materials and are very realistic. Really happy with my purchases and would highly recommend them to other Stat Wars fans.

Your lack of updating in the Shop app is a little concerning, and it caused me slight anguish. But I have bought from your website before, and I know that the product is of good quality.

My daughter absolutely loved her new Leia Saber. Details were better than expected. Can't wait to purchase my next saber from Artsabers.

I had a big life milestone and wanted to reward myself with a new lightsaber. I ended up getting a Xenopixel blade from Artsabers, and it did not disappoint! It is so customizable and bright. Makes me feel like a real jedi. Being able to control it through the app is an added bonus.

DO NOT BUY FROM ARTSABERS!

I don’t have enough space here in this format to explain to any new potential customers of the disdain that I have for Artsabers as a company and a brand. I cannot stress enough… DO NOT BUY FROM ARTSABERS! They treat their customers like crap and they have absolutely no intention of fulfilling their return/exchange policy or their warranty. I paid almost $500 for an Obi-Wan Kenobi weathered lightsaber hilt with a 36’ blade.

When I finally got the blade I followed the instructions and charged the battery unit for 3 hours. The saber would not power on. Nothing I did made it power on. I reached to Artsabers and asked for an exchange. They sent me a DIY email trying to get me to fix the saber myself. When I asked if that would avoid the warranty they said no. I thought it was strange that they wouldn’t just exchange the saber but I followed their instructions. The saber still wouldn’t power on.

I’ve been going back-and-forth for weeks with them now and they still haven’t exchange my saber for a new item. I’m sitting here with a broken saber, but never worked. They keep avoiding the issue of me returning the broken saber they even at one point told me to just throw it away.

Finally someone on their team agreed to send me a new saber. I thought great! We can finally come to a compromise here. I will send them the old hilt and they’ll send me a new one. What came in the mail was a new blade. Just the blade.

It’s been almost a month and I’m still sitting here with a broken hilt and no replacement. I literally had to call my bank and place a stop payment for this item.

Lastly…

Did I mention that these sabers are manufactured in China? Meaning that many of these lightsaber companies are all most likely manufacturing from the same warehouse.

Do NOT buy from Artsabers.

It's supposed to come to me in 10-20 days, tracking says it's been 25+ days. It also says its being returned to sender. However the customer service of this place is absolutely terrible. They're dropshippers and they also don't want to help all they do is give you a tracking number and basically tell you to shut up and wait. Wait for a scam apperantely. Don't trust all those paid ads on socials from influencers, this is a terrible company. 🙂 they don't seem to want to give my money back, I asked but like I said, their customer service is terrible. hopefully PayPal's going to help me get it back.

This Luke ROTJ lightsaber is the most realistic lightsaber I own. Love the fact you can change colour, blade style, ignition and even has characters and movie theme tunes.

The settings take a bit of time to get used to and the control switch is a little loose so it can stick abit bit you get used to it. I think it needs to be like this.

Love the heavy durable hilt, best in class and the thin neck is beautiful. Got mine with a case and it's so worth it, because it keeps it safe and secure. Lots of extra accessories for display purposes and the stand is a nice touch.

Blade is Sturdy and really bright, wow lite up the room. Thanks Artsabers great product and customer service. Had an issue with shipping and they help me out.

Nicely made Obi Wan S/E light saber. Neopixel is awesome with the Bluetooth app. I was missing a blade plug, ARTSABERS advised they would send one. Fantastic communication from an amazing company.

The product was defective and would not hold a charge. I was told when shipping the product back, I would have to cover the cost of shipping myself. I find it a bad customer experience when, due to no fault of mine, I am being charged extra for a product that did not meet basic standards.
