the product is great customer service never responded back to me even though I emailed twice not very happy about that but their products are great.
Don’t order if you want your order processed quickly or any response from the company
Website says processing time 1-3 days, it’s been a week and a half and the item still hasn’t had tracking posted. I sent an email asking about it and it’s been ignored for over 3 days. There are other much better saber companies to give your money to.

Customer Service is apparently…
Customer Service is apparently nonexistent with this company. I reached out several times due to issues with my order (still not recieved but says delivered) I originally contacted them because I was curious to when my order would be shipped and all of a sudden after that I recieve an email saying the package was shipped and when I tracked it it already said delivered. Also the tracking number I got for the second part of my order did not work at all. I'm so disappointed because I was excited to recieve this product to gift and the fact nobody has reached back out is just awful.
Great products
Great products. Even better sales for those products. Even was in contact with Customer Service and the interaction was pleasant . The issue I had wasn’t even on their end ( Customs). I shopped around different companies and heard nothing but good things about ArtSabers. Deliveries on time with little wait. I’ve already purchased more.
Everything was great... Except
Everything was great, except the instructions did not help with blade installation. In hindsight it seems simple, but for someone who has never had a lightsaber before and has no idea what any of the parts are for, it would have been nice to have a step-by-step guide on how to correctly install the blade. I had to figure out what the blade plug was for on my own.
Husband’s Christmas Gift
Everything was great with the order and looks awesome. I took off one star just cause the plastic eyepiece on the helmet came off during shipping. But it wasn’t anything a little super glue couldn’t fix. I’m excited to give to my husband for his Christmas present he’s going to love it.

Great Lightsabers with room for different volume options
The 2 lightsabers I received are impressively bright, easy to connect, and quite durable, especially considering the price. Overall, they're really good quality. A nice improvement could be the addition of more volume options, such as: 1. Mute, 2. Low (quieter than the current "low volume" setting), 3. Medium (equivalent to the current "low volume" setting), 4. High.
Absolute Worst Experience Ever
I don’t even wanna give them one star at this point, but it seems to be the only way I can write a review. Inaccurate time frames, inaccurate website pictures/descriptions, faulty product received, Incorrect product received received, Incomplete order received, abhorrent “customer service” if you even want to call it that. On top of all that, once they finally reviewed the video I sent them showing the incorrect hilt arrived & the hilt actually didn’t work, they refused to cover return shipping for replacement (all their error).
This has easily been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had…& that includes cell phone and gas companies. What a joke, these people are to be ashamed of themselves. Wish there was actual recourse I could take this company other than paying a lawyer to go after them. They make a bad name for reputable companies in the Star Wars/cosplay/saber community!
My ordeal has been going on for five weeks and as far as I can tell, is still nowhere near being resolved. I’m actually beside myself at how little they care!
Artsabers my goto for lightsabers...
Artsabers has become my primary site to buy lightsabers. I've gotten 8 so far. You can get anything from simple and inexpensive to ornate and moderate, to gorgeous and expensive (but still reasonable, considering). They also have sales throughout the deal that cannot be beat. I bought this really cool, ornate, pewter-like hilt that I absolutely love. Then, during one of their sales, I was able to pick up a gold version of it. It now sits on my TV stand. You should definitely give them a chance, you likely won't regret it.
Stay away from ARTSABERS.
I have been wanting to get a lightsaber for about 2-3 months now and this was the second time trying to buy from a U.S company.
So first of all, most of these guys are drop shippers, meaning they don't actually make the sabers, the manufacturers are almost always from China.
Second of all, the customer support is horrible, no e-mails, and 0 communication, if I wanted to know anything regarding my order (Grand Inquisitor Replica Xenopixel V3 with a 36 inch (92cm) blade, this cost almost 600€ with a 20%discount) it was me who had to send an e-mail.
Third of all, I have asked for a refund TWICE! In the first e-mail I asked for a refund, they completely ignored the request and just said they would GUARANTEE the item would be sent the next week, due to the people in charge of my order being on vacation (Why not someone else do it? Good question). The item was already delayed at this point by about 2 weeks minimum. I still decided to give them 1 more week to ship it, and who could've guessed, they didn't ship anything at all, no emails were issued to me regarding the delays once again. And when I asked for a refund again, they AGAIN told me they would ship it next week which I was not happy at all to hear so, I insisted on the refund, which should take a maximum of 5 business days (They cancelled the order), the limit to that guarantee is TODAY! I have not yet received my money back!
Oh and by the way, there is a 7% cancelation fee. So I have to pay for literally nothing, just a bunch of scammers.
Never again will I do business with this company, horrible experience.
Good first Light Saber
I was reluctant to buy a lightsaber because I felt I'd be somehow frustrated with the result. So I watched many videos and reviews about all lightsabers available on the market, their evolution, and where we stand today. I ended up choosing Artsabers.
What I can say is that I have no regrets about my decision and if I had to name something that could be a game changer, I'd say the blade should not be something we have to attach, but something that automatically comes out of the hilt when you hit the power button... :D
The packaging was neat, and everything was carefully set up and well arranged.
The hilt is awesome and has a great design and materials.
It took me a while to memorize and master all the commands we can do with the hilt, but once you do, it's a lot of fun to use.
Perhaps the manual should be a little more specific on how to attach the blade to the hilt, what screws to use, and what kind of pressure we should apply to the screws.

The product is great!! My only complaint is that they were closed when I made my purchase. There was nothing on the website letting me know and I had to wait an extra 2 weeks for my product to be shipped.
