Great quality saber

Great quality saber, it came within the designated timeframe and the build quality is great. It’s my first saber and feeling the smooth swing is very cool.

Revan helmet

Best helmet i've had so far, from what i've seen they made it so much better in details then other companies. The fit is perfect and they give us warranty on it.

Kenobi’s Episode III replica saber xenopixel review

Yet another update:  This is the 4th saber I have received from Artsabers, following Kenobi's SE, their brand saber, and Kyle Katarn's.

Both my Kenobi saber's - SE and replica - run the same soundboard and light configuration, Xenopixel.  In that sense, they're identical.

The replica, however, is significantly lighter and of smaller diameter than its counterpart. On the flipside, the control box on the replica saber makes it difficult to spin or duel with.  This is an Amazing piece for display or cosplay; best Star Wars collectible I have in my collection.  But if you want to practice or duel, I would definitely recommended the special edition instead.

I wanted to attach a photo of both sabers on display next to each other, so you can judge for yourself which one you would prefer, couldn’t. Nevertheless, if you're a Star Wars fans, and I guess you are, if you are reading this, you can trust ArtSabers with your memorabilia.  It's beautiful and worth it

Go with a US based company (Imperial Workshop) instead!

I won’t be ordering from ArtSabers again. The sabers themselves seemed to made well and I don’t have any real issues other than the learning curve with the single button. Here are my main complaints:

1. Their website was not working properly throughout my journey of looking into their different sabers and finalizing the purchase. It was slow and at times wouldn’t even load, and this being on different devices (phone, iPad, and computer) AND on different internet networks. When I reached out to customer support they said they were working on it.
2. After I made my purchase, I got probably 20 emails over the course of about a week and a half. Maybe half of them were actually duplicate emails and clearly outdated (they mentioned watching the season finale of the Mandalorian Season 2). When I reached out to customer support, they claimed to have fixed this issue.
3. It was extremely hard to understand how things worked from their written explanations on both their website and in the saber instructions that came with the package. This was my first time buying a light saber like this so that’s likely part of it. Here is where I struggled the most: trying to figure out how to verify that the sabers I was buying (I got two) could or would connect to make a double saber and if I needed a connector piece or not (more on this later), and in understanding how the button worked on the lightsaber (the instructions outline it for you, but don’t explain well the different “types”, I had to figure out for myself what the heck “boot mode” and “standby” mode actually mean because they don’t explain that.
4. Inconsistent messaging regarding returns/refunds. Remember how I said I couldn’t figure out if I needed a connector piece or not to make my saber a double? Well, I didn’t figure it would be an issue because what I read regarding their return policy is that if it was in original packaging it wouldn’t be an issue. That’s not the case. I reached out to customer support and they told me it would cost $100 in postage to return it AND they don’t offer return labels if the product isn’t damaged. That’s not what I read on the website! Keep in mind that the part cost $16 and is useless to me. I figured since I spent around $200 with them, $16 would be a simple return and/or refund process, but they are penny pinching on that. They said, “ You can keep it, in case one of the bottom pieces gets lost on one of the sabers.” Why would I need that? The sabers I got do in fact connect with the parts they come with so I already have an “extra” connector. Why would I need two?

In summary, I would not recommend purchasing from ArtSabers and I won’t in the future either. I went with them to save some extra money and I regret it now because they turned out to be a company that doesn’t really seem to care about their customers experience (from their website, the spammy emails, and poor ability to remedy in a way that makes sense). This was so surprising to me because I read other reviews that talked about how good they were when the customer ran into issues. I think I’m going to go with Imperial Workshop’s lightsabers next go around. Heck, if the blades can work with the ones I got from ArtSabers I’ll even go there instead.

Overall, I’d give the sabers themselves a 4/5 due to build quality but docked a star from how hard it was to learn how to operate the button for me. I’d give this company a 1/5 for the above noted reasons. Thanks for reading my novel! : )

Does not meet expectations

First of all, your company seems to be kind of a scam. You make it seem that you take deep pride in your business, and never mention you don't make your products. They come from Hong Kong. I never once saw this on your website so you would have no clue if the products you sell are crap or not. My 14 year old son saved lawn cutting money to buy this light saber. It worked exactly 1 time before it started glitching. He realized that maybe the battery wasn't charged. After being on to charge for hours, the charger still shows red. I absolutely refuse to buy a new battery if the one your company sent is defective. After charging the battery and rigging the battery back into the holder, just so, the light saber will work for a few minutes before it needs to be charged again.

Good experience for the most part!

Lightsabers work great, SD card was corrupted when I took it out to change the sound fonts but after a quick email I was sent the default files again so that wasn’t an issue. Only thing unexpected was the shipping time; took about two weeks to get here and 7 to 8 days to ship.

Great Customer Service

Because I know that the saber I bought is available from other sites I want to review ArtSabers and their customer service.
I ordered this not realizing it was not stock they kept on hand. At first, I thought it would take for ever to receive. However, from the time I submitted my order I had my Saber in hand 12 days later, from Hong Kong. I was very surprised how quickly it showed up with free delivery and no extra express costs. The case and packaging was great, and the acrylic stand is very nice. Now, this is where things get interesting. This sound board is the SNV4 Pro and has Bluetooth. However, I could not get it to pair with my phone, wifes phone, or tablet. After a few emails with ArtSabers they sent me a new core. I should also mention that even without pairing with my phone, the saber works perfectly. Gestures and buttons all perform great. Once I did have a new core the Bluetooth works.

Thanks ArtSabers for the great customer service and the quick response given the 8 hour time zone difference.

The Saber, I got a Satele Shan Saber, and I love it. The feel of the hilt of the saber is great. It has a satisfying tactile feel to it and it’s comfortable to just hold it and feel the etching. For spins, it can dig into your skin a little, gloves may be advised. But I prefer to not use gloves. It’s balance well with a blade and spins are easy to accomplish. Sound is good and easy to hear.
