The customer service was welcoming, caring, helpful and enthusiastic.

Well organised, helpful and excited team. We had an issue with the air-con on the first day. Went back the next morning and got a new campervan within 40 minutes. Perfect!
Drop off took us 5 minutes and they called us 30 minutes later because we forgot a bag. Great!

Good solid vehicle to drive. Smooth to drive. Great idea to have the front two seats as swivel seats.

Good service, Van kitchen utensils could be better/ more thoufght through. Drawers and cupboards checked fpr functioni g fasteners.

⭐ 1 STAR – Extremely disappointing experience with Apollo Motorhomes

Unfortunately, our experience with Apollo Motorhomes was incredibly disappointing, and we would think twice before hiring from them again.

During our trip, we experienced significant mechanical issues with our motorhome, including engine problems that left us stranded on the side of the road for hours on multiple occasions. We lost valuable holiday time dealing with breakdowns, roadside assistance and towing, which had a major impact on our planned itinerary.

Our original booking was for a 6-berth motorhome, but we were supplied with a 4-berth replacement. When seeking compensation, we questioned the difference in price between the two vehicles, only to be told that the daily rate of the 4-berth replacement was actually higher than that of the 6-berth vehicle we had originally booked (due to demand). On this basis, Apollo refused to reimburse us for the difference. This was particularly frustrating given that we had not received the vehicle we had paid and planned for.

While Apollo did offer some reimbursement for the days affected by the breakdowns, we felt the compensation did not adequately reflect the extent of the disruption, lost holiday time, inconvenience and additional expenses we incurred. Having a significant portion of our family holiday affected by repeated mechanical issues was extremely stressful, particularly when travelling with young children.

A holiday that was meant to be about making memories with our family instead became a stressful experience of breakdowns, delays, changed plans and chasing compensation.

We would strongly encourage anyone considering hiring through Apollo to carefully consider the potential consequences of mechanical issues and clarify their compensation policies before booking. For the cost of a motorhome holiday, we expected a reliable vehicle, a much smoother experience and a resolution that fairly reflected what we went through.

Sadly, this experience fell well short of our expectations, and we would not choose Apollo Motorhomes again.

Broken down at 830pm, its now 12 hrs later and stuck on the side of the road and still nothing. Mechanic said this vehicle is way past its due by date and shouldn't be on the road as the screws have been stripped. So much for road side assistant when they cannot do anything. DO NOT HIRE FROM THESE MOB.

The stuff at the counter was good in explained the terms and conditions rental.

The Campervan that we have was good. We had a good time and experience for our first Campervan Road Trip.

I just wanted to send a shout out to your team member Lexi in the Perth Office, she was absolutely amazing and so helpful. Her energy was contagious and her customer service was next level. The van I hired was in amazing condition and I had a great holiday. I even got a chance thank Lexi at drop off for all her assistance and I'm glad to have this opportunity to share this recognition. We had a wonderful 3 week adventure in WA Australia. The pickup took a little longer then expected and a bit rushed in the end as it was busy. The Apollo Euro Tourer van is 7 meters long, so with the two of us we could keep the bed made up and use the table and swivel the two chairs 180 degree to eat and chill, it drove very well with good allround vision. Happy we upgraded to the drop and go package, which saved us lots of time on the return before catching our flight. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Can't wait to get back as there is so much more to see in Western Australia.

We found staff to be courteous,clear ,informative. When we had problems,the company was available,supportive and helpful.
We can truly recommend them, and are confident to use them on future travel.

We had issues with the preparation of the vehicle. One wheel was down to 25 psi on handover, two latches were not working (kitchen hatch, roof latch), no tools to fix a couple of issues, the hose on gas bottle was only finger tight and nothing to secure if needing to Changeover. We bought some tools. Chairs were in poor condition and 1 broke on day 2.Not enough warm bedding, just as well we had extra.
The vehicle itself worked well, apart from being very noisy, bed and kitchen were fine.

Really amazing experience with apollo campervan trip! I met a lot of great, helpful australian people, they helped me for any situation that i met.

Travel australia is good! But travel australia with campervan is best and full experience in culture, living, food, people, country, and more than you think.

Finally checked one of my favourite list in my life! Miss everything happened in Australia!

Great staff, great service, great van.

The whole experience was positive. Pickup was no problem. The campervan was fine, if a little small, but no problem for a few days.
Drop off was no problem either.
Lexi was our pickup contact and Louisa was our dropoff contact. Both ladies were kind and friendly.

The motorhome drove really well and met our needs and expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful.

First time we ever rented a Motorhome. Great way to discover Australia and the West Coast. The vehicle could have been a little bit cleaner than when we got it (crumbs in the table rail, in the cupboards). But in general in quite a good shape. The staff was very friendly and very nice.

Disappointed no one told us there is no drop and go at Darwin. We had paid for a service that wasn't able to be used

The motor home we hired was right for us and the type of trip we took. We, 2ppl, travelled South West WA.
It was clean, comfortable, had all the features we needed to stop and enjoy whatever and whenever. Check in and drop off was easy and efficient, the staff were professional and pleasant to deal with.
