Chair was cheaply made. Levers did not work well. Instructions for assembly poorly written. Chair is too small for someone over 5'10" and is not comfortable. The one positive, I can say the chair it looks good.

The order and confirmation email was prompt. Received the order a day ahead of schedule, which was amazing because the east coast was experiencing severe winter weather. I can't comment on the actual product yet because we have not been able to put it together -- still having inclement weather.

Looks great, smells HORRIBLE
I bought the shoe organizer that tils out. First of all, once together, it looks great and works well. Unfortunately, the unit smells - I unboxed and left the pieces for several days in my basement and it still smells. The instructions might be good IF you can read them. They are microscopic which made putting together difficult. I wanted to buy another item from this company but will not due to the smell. It is less but still smells, glad it is not in my living space.
