Both canopies collasped with the fragile support poles. Very cheaply made would never buy again. Never even got to use them!

This duck house exceeded my expectations. Delivery was fast. It was well packaged and easy to assemble. I have received numerous compliments because it looks so good.

Website is easy to use; shipping is very quick. This is the 3rd or 4th tent we have purchased because we have to replace the canvas every couple of years. 3 stars because we can't just purchase the canvas. I now have multiple frames I don't need.

Not a sturdy piece. No way provided to anchor it against the wind- had to create one myself. Many of the wooden pieces were rough and yielded splinters. The protective film over the plastic pieces didn't really do the job.
The color of the wooden frames is far from a natural color, which I ordered. I received a bright neon orange.
The adjustable arms for the " lid" were bent and could not be used in their condition. I was able to salvage them but they're not correct.
The entire item falls very short of expectations- especially for the price.
I gave a 2 star rating because I think if you don't mind tweaking and ugly neon orange, it might work for you. But it is still way overpriced.

I liked the price/value at first, but as I assembled the garden enclosures it became obvious that I could not get the net overlay to fit the 4X 8X 6 pipe assembly. The only way it works is if you put the netting on inside out and that means the zipper doors are inside the enclosure - very hard to use/reach and the netting seam is outside - does not look good.

The bathtub was delivered on time and was safely wrapped. Haven't used it yet, as our house is not yet fully built. But the tub looks nice and sturdy. We have a small bathroom but I still wanted a soaking tub. 43" was still huge. I wish I got the 41" or 36" but since 43 fitted the space, it's all good. I would trust to shop with them again, if I need something they have.

Love the low profile, the colors, the versatility! The directions were good, except should clarify not to use washers on the feet. Overall very happy with all of our product purchases from your company!

tools provided were not usefull n made it longer to put together,.plus holes did not line up. would not order again from company

Had a Quicktent 20x10x6.6 hoop house frame that needed a new cover which I was told they didn't have anymore. Aosom had the cover that fit perfect, shipped quickly, at a excellent price, easy to put on , looks really great 5* +.

I really like the motorized awnings for my house. I bought a pair and installed them in a row. I'm glad that each awning has independent remote controls, so you can control them individually. Thank you for the design and quality.
