Awful.
Apparently my item was lost. The website said the item was in stock. I suspect they had sold out of the item and hadn’t updated the website. But why lie? They should have been upfront and honest!! Also … When you pay such a huge price for shipping (£35) it shouldn’t get “lost”!!
Needless to say …. I will NOT order from them again!! Rubbish company.

Ben uitgenodigd door deze geekshop in Izegem waarbij ze veel Harry potter, star wars en anime merchandise hebben. Hierdoor heb ik ook content mee kunnen maken! @sportyboy2006

Beleefde mens in de winkel, maar alles ziet er nogal oud en niet onderhouden uit. Vergeelde pluches, afgebleekte verpakkingen… achteraan een grabbelbak aan €5 of €10 waar ik me een paar keer liet aan vangen. Verouderde elfctronica, kapot speelgoed. En als er iets ligt dat er nog goed uit ziet dan kost het 10 tot 20% meer dan in een andere winkel. Een winkel als deze kan zo veel beter. Mijn kinderen zagen elke keer om binnen te gaan wanneer we passeren, maar ik zal het niet meer doen. Telkens komen we bedrogen uit.

Preorderder helmet last year and cancelled it right away. Now they charged me and would not return my money unless i pay 30% cancelling fee. What a crap service.

Ik had een pre-order meer dan een jaar geleden geplaatst. Uiteindelijk is deze (in overeenstemming) geannuleerd. Ik had echter een voorschot betaald op deze pre-order en nadat ik hier ondertussen al DRIE emails over heb gestuurd heb ik nog steeds mijn voorschot niet terug betaald gekregen noch enige reactie op mijn mails. Ik word gewoon keihard genegeerd en Amuzzi geeft blijkbaar niet thuis wanneer er een bedrag moet worden terug betaald. Ik heb in het verleden meerdere malen artikelen bij hen gekocht maar blijkbaar hebben zij geen respect voor hun (terugkerende) klanten.

I made an order for a cool collectible that was expected to ship in about 3 months or so. I found the website easy to navigate, and when I ordered I was eligible for a bunch of extra free gifts which was nice.

It unfortunately took a year to arrive, which obviously not Amuzzi fault, as it was delayed by the supplier several times. Amuzzi attempted to ship it first with GLS, but it was returned to them as it was apparently too big. They sent it with a different shipping company at their own cost, and I finally received it.

However, I did not receive any of the free swag in my order, which I was not notified of at any point, so that was a little odd and disappointing. Amuzzi kindly requested if I might consider donating some money to cover the double shipping and return fee. This was not a wildly unreasonable requestt, however, this left me with mixed feelings, as I personally feel it should be Amuzzi's responsibility to make sure the shipping was correct in the first place. And it was not exactly a welcome surprise to see that they omitted all the free items I was promised.

Amuzzi were always friendly and professional in my emails with them, but this overall experience was for me not super positive.

I ordered a pre-order loungefly backpack months ago. Sadly they asked the supplier many times about a shipping date but they sadly never got it. I’ve emailed Evelyn from Amuzzi back and forth and she’s super sweet and good support. Got a refund quickly. Sad i didn’t get the bag but amazing support.

The order took around 3 weeks to arrive but the customer service is great I’ve never worried it won’t. They respond to emails very quickly, which was reassuring and helpful. My figure is even more beautiful in real life. It has a small defect, but it is from production not amuzzi’s fault. I freaking love it and the experience was great. Definitely recommend ! :D
