We honestly couldn’t recommend Karen and her incredible team at Ambience Venue Styling Kingston more highly! From start to finish, they were an absolute dream to work with — professional, creative, and so kind.

Karen brought every part of our vision to life so beautifully; the décor at Horsley Towers was beyond stunning and exactly what we had imagined (and more!). Her attention to detail, calm approach, and thoughtful communication made the whole process completely stress-free — we always felt we were in the best hands.

Walking into the venue on our wedding day truly took our breath away. Everything looked elegant, romantic, and perfectly cohesive. We’re so grateful to Karen and her team for creating such a magical atmosphere and making our day unforgettable.

From the moment we started working with Karen, we knew we were in good hands. Every detail, from combining the floral arrangements from our florist, to the lighting and table styling, was thoughtfully curated and absolutely flawless.

I can’t recommend Rebecca at Ambience Cambridgeshire enough! From the very start, she totally got my vision and brought it to life better than I could have imagined. The ceremony room and table setups were absolutely stunning — every detail was perfect. Wow aren’t we lucky to have found Jessica to add that extra special and floral touch to our wedding day.

From first contact all the way through to our wedding day and even afterwards she has been professional, friendly and shown great knowledge and vision for our day.

We really have felt so confident and at ease whilst speaking with Jessica, which really does help as we all know weddings can sometimes be rather stressful.

We decided to have fresh flowers which were stunning and even now are still looking great. She did all our floral decorations, from the venue to the aisle. She also created our table decorations, seating plan and welcome sign, which was exactly how we wanted it.

The staff at our venue even commented on how lovely everything looked and how well she did getting everything organised and set up, we both said to our venue that they should put her on their recommendation list too.

We honestly cannot be happier with how everything turned out, it was beautiful and exactly what we wanted without any stress or worry. We would highly recommend Jessica and her work, we were so thrilled and cannot wait to look back at some photos of the day.

I hired Jan from Ambience Surrey to decorate my wedding 3 weeks ago and she exceeded all expectations! Jan was amazing from the moment we started talking. She did a video call with me and we went through everything we required and she gave great suggestions. When it came to the day of the wedding, we were blown away by how beautiful she made the venue. Definitely made the right choice and would highly recommend Jan to anyone. She went above and beyond!

Karen and Ben were amazing to work with on the decor for our wedding in September at the Richmond Hill Hotel.

Karen was so helpful in the lead up to it, super calming and very good at explaining all the elements and how it would work on the day. We used Ambience for full decor and all faux flowers, it looked amazing on the day.

They started setting up the day before which was great to start seeing it come to life. Ben was so quick at moving everything to our reception room on the day without any issues.

They were both real experts at making sure the rooms looked great and went smoothly. We'd recommend them to anyone looking for a stress free day!

Joely provided the final touches for our wedding at Notley Abbey. The venue was already beautiful, but her work really enhanced it. We especially loved the table decor. We’re so grateful for her contribution to such a special day.

We cannot thank Vicky at Ambience Styling (East Yorkshire) enough for the incredible job she did dressing our wedding venue, The Grand Lodge @ Oaklands. From our very first conversation she was so attentive and really listened to everything we wanted for our special day. She completely understood our vision and brought it to life in the most beautiful way.

When I walked into the venue on the day, I was honestly overwhelmed — it looked absolutely fabulous, even better than I could have ever imagined. Every detail was perfect, from the big statement pieces to the little touches that made the atmosphere so magical.

Vicky is not only wonderfully talented but also warm, professional and such a pleasure to work with. She took all the stress out of the process and allowed us to simply enjoy our day knowing the venue was in the best hands. We are so grateful to her for helping to make our wedding so special.

Absolutely amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better company to dress our wedding venue and take our photos! So supportive and brilliant, our venue looked stunning!

A big decision for us was whether to have a stylist or not for our wedding, however we cannot recommend Lydia at Ambiance North Yorkshire anymore!
Not only did it make the process of bringing our vision to life very easy, it was great to know it was all taken care of on the day as well.

Neither of us are creative however Lydia was great at suggesting ideas based on some photos we had seen and the style of the venue.
They created the most amazing aisle set up as well as styling the room for the wedding breakfast perfectly. The style was just right and complimented the venue. We had endless compliments at how “the styling was perfect”.
Side note- get the mirror (a massive hit for photos for guests).

The final details meeting is also a great idea- it gives you some insight into what the final product looks like and helps to reassure you that all the little details have been covered.

To summarise, get a stylist and get Ambience!

From the moment we first spoke to Lydia we knew she was the stylist for us. She is friendly, responsive and brilliant at her job, it has honestly been a stress free process from start to finish. Being able to visit the style lounge to nail the final details was a lovely experience that got us extra hyped for the big day.

Lydia completely understood the vibe we were going for and gave great advice and suggestions on how we could bring it all to life! We gave free rein over the end of aisle display after showing a few images of things we liked. We didn't see the final design until arriving at the venue and Lydia had absolutely smashed it, it was better than anything we could have imagined! So many of our wedding guests commented on how great everything looked and our unique styling for the day, none of which would have been possible without Ambience North Yorkshire. Now we are thinking of any excuse to hire them again!

As two grooms planning our wedding, we weren’t entirely sure what a wedding stylist did - until we met the team at Ambience Venue Styling Manchester. From the very beginning, they listened with genuine care and helped us understand how we could collaborate to bring our vision to life. Their guidance was clear, thoughtful, and completely tailored to us.

They struck the perfect balance between offering expert advice and honouring our ideas. We felt supported every step of the way, and the end result was exactly what we’d hoped for. The Midland looked stunning - elegant, warm, and full of personality. It felt like us, and that’s entirely thanks to their skill and sensitivity.

We’re so grateful for their part in making our day feel so special. If you’re looking for a team who truly listens and knows how to translate your hopes into something beautiful, we’d recommend them wholeheartedly.

We got married at Howsham Hall in July and honestly was blown away by how everything turned out. We live in the US so we had to have all of our design meeting virtually. I was a bit nervous of course with not being local and was just hoping everything would just come together but Kim at Ambience made me feel at ease the entire process. She was so kind and listened and understood my vision. Every little detail of the day from the floral arrangements to the table design was simply stunning. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and would totally recommend Kim and the team at Ambience to design your special day.

We got married at Bassmead Manor Barns (Cambridgeshire) on 03.09.2025 and Rebecca made my wedding vision come to life. Well Jan from Ambience styling Surrey made my ideas come to life. She helped me with my mood board and was so patient with me as I changed elements of the design concepts and ‘final quote’ right up until the wedding. Her own experience of working with our venue, Cain Manor shon threw and Jan just made the room so beautiful. The drapes, how the cutlery was laid, the signage , right down to the neatly ironed napkins - it was all stunning. We’re so grateful to have had Jan there on our day to make it so special.

We recently had a simple, intimate wedding—just the two of us—and I was initially worried that our limited budget wouldn’t allow for much in terms of styling or decor. I had a few ideas in mind but wasn’t sure what was possible. That’s when Emily came in and transformed everything for us. From the beginning, she was kind, professional, and genuinely understanding of what we wanted. She suggested using faux flowers instead of fresh ones to help us stay within budget. Honestly, I was sceptical at first, but when I saw the final setup, I was pleasantly surprised. I couldn’t even tell they weren’t real, and because of this option, Emily was able to make the arrangements more lush than I expected. The room she styled for our ceremony was absolutely perfect—cozy, elegant, and beautiful. It made us feel special despite how small the event was. I’m so grateful we found her. Emily really brought our vision to life and made the day feel magical. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a talented and thoughtful stylist—especially if you’re working with a smaller budget.
