Exceed were amazing from start to finish. We booked a DJ, saxophonist and magic mirror, and everything was perfect. The whole experience was seamless, and their customer service was brilliant throughout. They played a huge part in making our day so special. 100% recommend!

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding than Wes from Exceed Events. From start to finish, the night was absolutely amazing.
He completely smashed the playlist and had everyone up on the dance floor all night long. The energy and atmosphere he created was incredible and we had so many compliments from our guests about how great the vibes were throughout the evening.
What really stood out was how attentive he was. He regularly checked in with us as the bride and groom to make sure we were happy and that everything was going just how we wanted it. That personal touch made a huge difference and helped us relax and enjoy every moment.
He kept the dance floor full from beginning to end, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more.
10/10 — we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a DJ who knows how to create an unforgettable night!

Exceeded Expectations
We used Exceed for our wedding and they were exceptional. Communication throughout the planning process was brilliant - prompt and thorough without being overbearing.
On the day itself, we had Zech as our DJ and he was excellent. He stuck to the brief brilliantly and brought his own style to the set. He was very friendly and personable when we were planning and when a few of the guests spoke to him during the evening.
We added the bongos and saxophone feature and this was an absolute show-stopper. Since the wedding, almost every single guest has mentioned the skill and energy of the performers which made sure our night went out with a bang!
We had a brilliant time and would massively recommend Exceed to anybody looking for a lively and vibrant night do.

I cannot recommend Exceed events enough!
From the very first steps, they made planning so easy!! They ensured to stay in touch regularly throughout the process to offer any advice during the planning stages. Wez, our DJ, was INCREDIBLE! He was so accommodating, nailed the brief and made sure our evening reception was one to remember! We also hired a saxophonist and bongos; and WOW! They went down an absolute storm! Every person was on the dance floor.
It was an absolute pleasure having the whole team be part of our wedding! If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would!

Wedding Entertainment
We had Exceed Events as our entertainment vendor for our wedding. On the night, they were absolutely fantastic - with a special mention for Wez (DJ) and Nick (saxophonist), who were brilliant and gave our guests a great night of entertainment. They created a great playlist based on our music taste and executed the sets perfectly.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better trio to make our wedding unforgettable. Damian on the decks, Jimmy on saxophone, and Mike on percussion were simply phenomenal from start to finish.
Damian was an absolute star as our DJ. He read the room perfectly all night and really understood the vibe, making sure the dance floor was always full and the energy stayed high. One of the standout moments of the evening was when he went above and beyond by letting us (the bride and groom) get behind the decks for a friendly DJ battle! It was such a fun, unique touch that our guests are still talking about, and it made the night feel even more personal and memorable.
Jimmy on saxophone added a whole extra layer of magic to the party. His live performance blended seamlessly with the music, creating an incredible atmosphere that elevated every track. Likewise, Mike on percussion brought amazing rhythm and energy together, the three of them created a vibe that felt like a full live show.
What made it even more special was how kind and engaging Jimmy and Mike were with our two-year-old son. They made him feel like part of the action, with Mike even letting him have a go on the bongos, which absolutely made his night (and ours!). It was such a thoughtful, genuine moment that meant a lot to us as a family.
If you’re looking for entertainment that will keep your guests dancing, smiling, and talking about your wedding long after it’s over, we cannot recommend Damian, Jimmy, and Mike highly enough. They didn’t just play music, they created an experience we’ll never forget.

We had Exceed events for our Wedding. DJ Wez was our wedding host & DJ and Nick was our Saxophonist in the evening. Both were absolutely incredible! Wez was so attentive to everything we requested, he made the wedding breakfast super fun & everyone commented on the saxophonist in the evening! Last night was insane 😍 Our wedding dream was to dance the night away on a full dancefloor and that's exactly what we did, all thanks to DJ Michael and Nick on the sax! All our guests commented on how good the Dj and Nick was but also as a combo! Literally made our wedding day! We said all this to Michael last night, but I want to say it again and again, Thankyou! The service from exceed from the start of planning right up until our last song finished last night was incredible ❤️ So happy we chose Exceed for our wedding entertainment.

Wes, our host was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! He did everything we asked of him and more, he was open to all our ideas and was a fantastic support in the lead up to our wedding! On the day, Wes was in constant communication with the venue staff and my husband and myself, he had all our guests up and dancing and involved in all of the games! The next day everyone came to me and told me how fantastic they thought he was! Perfect from start to finish
Everything from start to finish was perfect. The clarity in what I was ordering and when payment was needed made the process easy, the music portal where I could add all the songs I wanted was easy to use. The phone cal with my dj that allowed me to plan everything I wanted to happen was great as well. Huge thank you to Tony who operated the magic mirror which was loved by all the guests and to Tom who did an amazing job. Guests haven’t stopped complimenting what Tom managed to do, the dance floor was full the entire night.

We booked Exceed events for our wedding at Holmes Mill, the booking process was smooth and plain sailing! Immediately after booking we had a first meeting booked so we could learn how to use the music portal and offered additional extras like magic mirrors, light up letters and dancefloors. Originally we had no extras but later on we booked the magic mirror after our original entertainment was cancelled and it was the most perfect last minute addition! If you are ummimg and ahhing about this, just do it! Its 100% worth it!
We were contacted by our DJ Mike before the wedding, instantly we clicked with him! He understood exactly what music taste we had, asked us all the questions he needed to understand us better and was just generally a really great person!
On the wedding day Mike was there on time, set up and introduced himself beforehand! He got the guests prepped and ready for the grand entrance which was just the most incredible reception we have ever had!
He listened exactly to the music taste we had told him, played all the songs we asked him to play and the music was incredible! Every guest there spoke so positively of the vibe and atmosphere, was impressed with the music played and a few guests even mentioned wanting to book Mike for their parties/events aswell! At the start everyone was up dancing, towards the end (when everyone had run out of steam) the bangers kept on coming and everyone was either dancing in their seats or singing in their seats, which is exactly what's to be expected when you get married at 12'oclock! Mike kept the fun going from start to finish, the music was so perfect and honestly, I may be biased, might have been the best set I have heard at a wedding so far
If you book with Exceed ask for Mike! You won't regret it! And a big thank you to Exceed!

Professional but..
Exceed events are extremely professional and helpful, the run up to our wedding was very smooth and easy. We had Wes as our DJ. Such a lovely guy, no fault of his own but the bar wasn’t in the room where our DJ was set up so not many people took advantage of the music. Other weddings I’ve been to the DJ has done more to engage the crowd and have a bit of fun but we didnt see this at our wedding.
We also booked the magic mirror which was a big hit with the guests.
