To Liz (Ambience Cheshire East) we honestly can’t thank you enough for being such a massive part of our wedding day! 🖤You were an absolute master at work and brought our ‘Til Death theme to life in the most incredible way — with just the right amount of darkness, drama and “are we sure this is a wedding and not a very stylish funeral?” energy 🤣 — even better than we could ever have imagined.

You worked your magic with every single detail, including all the signage I (Elli) kept throwing at you! You were probably cursing me at times and definitely won’t want to look at another pumpkin for a good few months 😂 But nothing was ever too much trouble for you- including being my therapist at times 🤣🖤

It was so lovely having someone who was genuinely excited to create something different and bring our vision to life, rather than just doing the usual wedding décor. You thought of everything, right down to the tiniest details, and somehow managed to make all our slightly chaotic ideas look intentional, stylish and unapologetically us.

You made everything feel so special, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Somewhere along the way, you went from being our venue stylist to feeling like one of our best friends, and we really hope we can keep in touch and meet up again for that coffee 🖤

We cannot recommend Ambience Leicestershire enough! They were sourced through the hotel venue for our wedding and Sarah was absolutely amazing. Both my husband and I had very little experience in weddings and Sarah guided us through the whole process.From designing our stationary, table settings to helping with the flowers the whole day was a dream come true and exactly how we imagined it would be. Even my last minute changes were of no trouble, Sarah was so quick to respond and always friendly.

We chose Rebecca to decorate our evening wedding venue, she absolutely got our vision right from the very start when we first had a video call. From then on right through to the end her service was amazing. We were blown away when we saw what she had created. The room looked beautiful - exactly as we’d imagined. I had the lovely Jan from Surrey decorate my wedding venue in August last year for my ceremony and reception and she did a wonderful job. All of my guests commented on the beautiful decor. It was exactly what my husband and I wanted. Jan was so lovely throughout the process and is understanding and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend booking her for any upcoming weddings or special events.

Ambience did our styling on the 17th October 26 and they did an amazing job. Throughout our planning, nothing was too big or to small of an ask. They asked all the right questions and knew all the answers to ours.
Our venue looked beautiful, our flowers were also gorgeous and we couldnt have been happier!

Jessica was absolutely superb in planning and executing the styling and decoration of our amazing castle venue.

The venue looked absolutely incredible and genuinely felt like we had stepped straight into all of our Pinterest saves! The attention to detail throughout was truly incredible, and the decor and styling made such a huge difference to the whole day. We had so many guests complimenting how beautiful everything looked both in the castle for the ceremony and the marquee for the wedding breakfast and evening party. We especially loved the candle styling, the menu styling and the elegant chair decor. But realistically everything was perfect.

The flowers throughout the venue and the buttonhole flowers were perfect too, and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything came together.

We were fortunate to get the chance to have a little sneak peek around the marquee before the guests came in, and it was such a special moment seeing everything finished and looking so beautiful and we were fortunate enough to get to meet Jessica in person and have a quick chat!

Thank you again for all your hard work and everything you did. We really couldn’t have asked for the venue to look any better! We would recommend Jessica to anyone she made our ideas come to life and importantly (because there are so many suppliers to communicate with) with minimal questions, we just gave her our ideas and inspiration and she ran with it and made it a reality!

We really appreciated Stephanie’s help, ideas and suggestions to dress the room for our wedding ceremony at Chester Racecourse, which made the occasion so special. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with and went the ‘extra mile’ providing flowers which were exactly what we wanted including personally sourcing lavender, from a formal table-top display to individual blooms for the wedding breakfast tables. Stephanie draped the room, provided an ivory runway carpet and suggested additional features which made all the difference to the overall look. We would certainly recommend Stephanie to anyone, even if you think you don’t need help styling your wedding venue.

Kim was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She completely understood my vision from the very beginning and knew exactly what I wanted, even when I probably didn’t know how to explain it myself!

From the moment we all saw our bouquets, to walking down the aisle and then seeing the breakfast room all set up, everything was just perfect. It was honestly everything I had dreamed of and more, and Kim brought my vision to life so beautifully.

She was so lovely, helpful and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I genuinely couldn’t recommend her enough!

We honestly could not recommend Rebecca more highly. She was such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and genuinely one of the nicest suppliers out there.

In the months leading up to our wedding, Rebecca took the time to visit the church with us, carefully listening to all of our thoughts, ideas and even the smallest details we had in mind. She completely understood our vision and was so committed to making sure it all came to life perfectly. She was incredibly accommodating throughout the whole process - nothing was too much trouble, no request was too much, and she was so adaptable whenever plans or ideas changed. It was genuinely such a pleasure to work with her.

On the day itself, I was absolutely blown away when I walked down the aisle. The church was totally and utterly transformed. Every single detail had been executed to perfection. The floor draping looked incredible whilst also being carefully considered from a safety perspective, the aisle runners were exactly what we had wanted, the chairs were beautifully draped and the candles were placed so carefully and thoughtfully. Rebecca was able to provide amazingly realistic LED alternatives where needed because of fire safety, so nothing was compromised aesthetically.

She also went completely above and beyond with our marquee, from the perfect mix of taper candle colours along the banquet tables to match our colour scheme, to adding stunning draping and curtains around the marquee that made the whole space feel so much more beautiful and luxurious. It all looked more gorgeous than I could ever have imagined.

So many of our guests commented on the styling and how chic everything looked - elegant and incredibly considered without being too much. That balance was exactly what we wanted, and Rebecca absolutely nailed it.

We were just so incredibly happy with everything she did and so glad that we found Rebecca. She brought our vision to life in the most beautiful way, whilst making the whole process so easy and enjoyable.

Rebecca was a dream to work with from the get go. She listened to all our ideas and made the perfect suggestions from where to place our welcome mirror to including bud vases and fans for the extra little details. She made our wedding come together at Chicheley Hall and was a joy to work with, even coming to the venue beforehand so we could visualise it all on the day. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Hayley from Ambience was absolutely fantastic in helping us style our wedding Sep 26 at The Mansion, Leeds. As someone who didn't have a strong creative vision she was so helpful guiding me through all the different options. She helped style our venue with gorgeous decor and also designed stunning florals for mine and my bridesmaids bouquet. She was so approachable and supporitive throughout the entire process. I can't recommend enough.

We booked Ambience Cheltenham for our September 2026 wedding in February 2025. Ambience Cheltenham's stylists then left the franchise. We contacted Ambience regarding this and were told that they were honouring our booking, however our original stylists also said the same. We then had several MONTHS of horrific communication from Ambience regarding this. The stylists fulfilled our booking (under their new trading name, not via Ambience) and we were very happy with the service, but dealing with Ambience as a whole was a NIGHTMARE. Laura would ignore our calls on a daily basis and ignore emails etc. despite being only a couple of months out from our wedding. This caused us so much unnecessary stress. We were constantly chasing, being given incorrect advice, etc. They outright lied on several occasions.

We were thrilled to have Sarah as our venue styler. Sarah did an amazing job. The colours were spot on and everything looked so beautiful. It all came together so perfectly. Even if I didnt know what my vision was, she knew! It felt like us and it was perfect. 100% recommend using Ambience Venue Styling

Simply Outstanding - Jan Brought Our Vision to Life Perfectly

Where do we even begin?

From the moment we first spoke to Jan at the taster evening at Cain, we knew we were in safe hands. We firstly thought the venue almost didn't need any more but having entered the dining room that Jan had set out - we knew that our vision that was a little different from the traditional wedding palette, but that didn't seen to phase Jan! As huge car enthusiasts, we wanted to incorporate the iconic blue and orange Gulf racing colours, whilst also creating a subtle nod to Cornwall's sea, sun and sandy beaches, where we got engaged and have spent our majority of holidays. Rather than looking puzzled, Jan immediately recognised the inspiration behind the colour scheme and was genuinely excited by it. That instant understanding gave us so much confidence that she truly "got" us as a couple.

What followed was a creative journey that exceeded every expectation. Jan took our ideas and transformed them into something far more beautiful than we could have imagined ourselves. She presented thoughtful design options, offered brilliant suggestions I would never have considered, and carefully balanced creativity with practicality. Every choice felt intentional and personal to our story.

One of the things we appreciated most was how mindful Jan was of our budget. At no point did we feel pressured to spend more. Instead, she worked incredibly hard to maximise the impact of every detail, helping us prioritise where to invest while still achieving that all-important "wow" factor. Her honesty, guidance and experience were invaluable throughout the planning process.

Then came the big day at Cain Manor.

WOW! That word was spoken countless times by us and our guests throughout the day. Everywhere we looked there were beautiful touches that tied everything together perfectly. The styling complemented the stunning venue so naturally whilst still making the space feel uniquely ours. The blue and orange accents were woven in so elegantly, creating a sophisticated look that reflected both our love of cars and the coastal memories that mean so much to us.

What really sets Jan apart is the amount of thought, care and passion she puts into her work. This wasn't just venue dressing; it felt like she had genuinely invested herself in helping tell our story. Every detail was considered, every element perfectly placed, and the finished result was simply breathtaking.

Alongside the incredible team at Cain Manor, Jan played a huge part in making our wedding day everything we had dreamed of and more. We spent our honeymoon reminiscing about all the special moments and the overwhelming number of compliments we received on how beautiful everything looked.

If you're looking for someone who is creative, talented, organised, budget-conscious and genuinely cares about making your day special, we honestly cannot recommend Jan highly enough.
