Well , where do I start? I bought self adhesive hooks for walls, bathrooms, kitchen etc. I decided to put a couple of photos just up on the wall and an hour later both photos had fallen and it took the paint off the wall. My grey & red wall. It looks awful too. Now I need to get paint similar to the walls to cover it up. I contacted amazon with an 11 page conversation and they cut me right off the conversation. They said they would give me a small Compensation of £5, what a joke! Then they revoked the money. The told me it was the seller I had to contact. They sent a link to the sellers page. The link took me nowhere, very deceitful! I finally found the seller on my own. The seller was MORANTE and her products are needing removed from amazon. I contacted the seller, to no avail. I'm waiting on a return message, but I do t hold my breath. I'm so appalled and angry and they can do what they like ( so they think ). I won't be giving into amazon or MORANTE!!! I expect my walls replaced back to the condition they were in before utilising these products. I'm being passed from.pillar to post. Although, today I found the seller and wrote a message and I never missed her and hit the wall. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HER AS YOUR WALLS WILL BE IN SOME STATE.

Falsches Lieferdatum. Extra wegen des angezeigten schnelleren Liefertermins fur das netbook prime gebucht. Wollte das im Chat klären. Musste dafür die Amazon App laden. Dort kein Chat zu finden.
Guter Kundendienst bei amazon nur dann, wenn etwas im Mainstream läuft.
Habe dadurch nach langer Zeit ebay wiederentdeckt. Erstklassige Kommunikationsmoglichkeiten, was doch vieles erleichtert.

Delivery's are dreadful. Nobody listens to what you say. And get told lies. Thinking of cancelling my account 🤔

I recently bought a monitor on Amazon, it was marked as A rated for energy consumtion. Little did I know this was on the old classification and and when it arrived it was rated F. I would not have considered it with that rating so until Amazon get all the ratings for outside sellers corrected I would reccomend checking the manufacturers website.
I kept the monitor because after speaking to the seller, I was satisfied it was not their fault. I wrote a review for Amazon but it may not have been accepted by them as it was critical of them.

Further to this review I have been contacted by Amazon Sellers Group and asked to take down my review as they are not Amazon. If they read the review carefully they will notice the product was bought from an outside seller (I don't know if they belong to this group) but if they would like send me a pdf of all their sellers at this time 12-04-2022, I will correct the review and place it elsewhere. If it turns out this company belongs to their group I see the review as valid,since it only criticizes Amazon and excuses the seller.
