I bought two parking bollards from Amazon in January of this year, on 17th October one of their Amazon drivers completely obliterated one of them, I have sent pictures and photos of damage , they are expecting me to get an estimator to come out ( at my expense ) and submit an estimate on their headed note paper, all I wanted was a replacement, such poor service, they are happy to take your money but will not address their mistakes, very unhappy 😔

PAY GOOD MONEY FOR 'SERVICE' BUT NEVER RECEIVE IT, GET GUY WHO BARELY SPEAKS ENGLISH TELLING ME TOUGH WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW BUT IF NEEDED TOMORROW WOULD'VE GONE SHOP RATHER THAN BE TREATED LIKE SCUM BECAUSE THEY ALREADY HAD MY MONEY.

THEY WERE GOOD COMPANY & RELIABLE BUT LAST YEAR OR SO WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH, LET DANGEROUS ITEMS UP FOR SALE, POIR QUALITY, FAKE REVIEWS AS SELLERS BEG FOR FEEDBACK MAKING RATINGS TOTALLY MISLEADING.
WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MONEY AGAIN AS OVER YEARS SPENT £1000s BUT STILL TREAT PRIME MEMBERS ( & HAVE BEEN FOR WELL OVER 15YRS ) LIKE DIRT ONCE HAVE OUR MONEY & KNOW AMAZON WON'T REPLY TO FEEDBACK, WOULDN'T ACCEPT COMPLAINT EVEN SO SHOWS LACK OF RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS UNLESS OWE THEM THEN YOU'LL HEAR FROM THRM VERY FAST!!!

Ofm stands for closed account due to your returns. I've had none, I do however return to you any chance of giving you my money ever again Amazon. Your over priced, rubbish delivery. None existent complaints department abandoned naff naff and naffer service should be banned from the UK. Who regulates Amazon as they have no complaints procedure or department. If I was you! Get your goods from a proper regulated company! Who wants rubbish goods, 6 weeks late, then dumped in your garden. Love you Amazon, all the best!

Kundenservice immens verschlechtert. GLS hat Keinen Zustellversuch unternommen und ich war nicht in der Lage das Paket aufgrund des Gewichts selbst abzuholen, Amazon hat meinen Antrag auf Rückerstattung abgelehnt obwohl mir von 3! unterschiedlichen MitarbeiterInnen eine Ersttung zugesagt wurde. Jetzt wurde ich von Amazon dazu aufgefordert selbst mit dem Transportunternehmen GLS in Verbindung zu treten um einen Liefertermin zu vereinbaren. 1 Stern ist noch zu viel für diese Verstöße gegen das Konsumentenrecht. Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich etwas beim Amazon bestellt habe.

Bonjour je viens de comparer une commande qui n'est pas réalisée encore sur plusieurs articles avec ma femme qui a amazon prime sur certains articles ils sont beaucoup plus chères que moi en passant la méme commande, à croire que les frais sur Amazon prime soit disant gratuit se rattrapent sur certains articles

I bought a laptop from Amazon which cost £580 in February last year. It came with a 1 yr manufacture's warranty and a 2 yr warranty from Amazon. It broke down within 7 days of the 1 year warranty expiring. To cut a long story short, I discovered that I purchased the laptop from Amazon Warehouse and that it had been purchased and returned to Amazon, reconditioned and resold. On my receipt it doesn't state that it was 'used'. The call centre representative said that people know that Amazon Warehouse means items are reconditioned because it would have stated it on the item page. I obviously didn't notice the 'used' word which was apparently on the page and I didn't know to check. Amazon state that because the item is no longer available, the original profile of my laptop advert has changed on my receipt so they can't prove it and I have to take their word. I have asked my friends, none of them knew this. The price I paid was comparable to other companies so I wasn't aware of any reduction. I would like to see some transparency so that customers know that they could be buying second hand, returned goods if they shop with the default 'All department's' tab rather than filtering so that Amazon Warehouse is filtered out.

I have been a customer for the last five years, they have a good customer service and when you buy things to them, they deliver in time

Amazon are becoming more & more unreliable. They don’t deliver when they say they will which is so frustrating. This has happened a lot.

En revanche relativement satisfaite en cas de besoin de leur service de conseillers par téléphone, souvent a l ecoute patients et raccrochent uniquement quand une solution est trouvée. Site simple d utilisation, pratique et tarifs plutot correct.

I live in the UK and it seemed a great idea to use Amazon.au.com to purchase gifts for family in Oz. I am still waiting......grandson's birthday (and delivery date) come and gone and still no gift has arrived. It is over a week late now. They keep apologising and putting the date of delivery back a couple of days. I no longer have any faith in them. This is the second time this has happened. Order at your peril.
