Parking catastrophe
I bought two parking bollards from Amazon in January of this year, on 17th October one of their Amazon drivers completely obliterated one of them, I have sent pictures and photos of damage , they are expecting me to get an estimator to come out ( at my expense ) and submit an estimate on their headed note paper, all I wanted was a replacement, such poor service, they are happy to take your money but will not address their mistakes, very unhappy 😔

GLS hat Keinen Zustellversuch unternommen und ich war nicht in der Lage das Paket aufgrund des Gewichts selbst abzuholen, Amazon hat meinen Antrag auf Rückerstattung abgelehnt obwohl mir von 3! unterschiedlichen MitarbeiterInnen eine Ersttung zugesagt wurde. Jetzt wurde ich von Amazon dazu aufgefordert selbst mit dem Transportunternehmen GLS in Verbindung zu treten um einen Liefertermin zu vereinbaren. 1 Stern ist noch zu viel für diese Verstöße gegen das Konsumentenrecht. Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich etwas beim Amazon bestellt habe.

I bought a laptop from Amazon which cost £580 in February last year. It came with a 1 yr manufacture's warranty and a 2 yr warranty from Amazon. It broke down within 7 days of the 1 year warranty expiring. To cut a long story short, I discovered that I purchased the laptop from Amazon Warehouse and that it had been purchased and returned to Amazon, reconditioned and resold. On my receipt it doesn't state that it was 'used'. The call centre representative said that people know that Amazon Warehouse means items are reconditioned because it would have stated it on the item page. I obviously didn't notice the 'used' word which was apparently on the page and I didn't know to check. Amazon state that because the item is no longer available, the original profile of my laptop advert has changed on my receipt so they can't prove it and I have to take their word. I have asked my friends, none of them knew this. The price I paid was comparable to other companies so I wasn't aware of any reduction. I would like to see some transparency so that customers know that they could be buying second hand, returned goods if they shop with the default 'All department's' tab rather than filtering so that Amazon Warehouse is filtered out.

I am still waiting......grandson's birthday (and delivery date) come and gone and still no gift has arrived. It is over a week late now. They keep apologising and putting the date of delivery back a couple of days. I no longer have any faith in them. This is the second time this has happened. Order at your peril.
