Arnaque ou tromperie chez Amazon!

Je fais une commande de casques avec grille pour les arts martiaux. Prix 42,18 euro pour un lots de 3 casques. Mais il n'en arrive qu'un seul!! (sic) Réponse du Service Clients: Renvoyez nous le casque pour un remboursement!!!! Merci pour la publicité mensongère et pour votre conseil! Donc en faite vous jouez avec l'argent des clients et vous ne cherchez aucune solution

Unacceptable Amazon Customer Service experience

I purchased a 6 count pair of Exmark lawn mower blades from seller General Lawn service on March 9, 2025. I received an email stated oh I'm sorry now your order will possibly be there by March 19th. I contacted Amazon Customer Service to advise of this issue as when I purchased this item my delivery date was March 12th no later than March 13th.

The Amazon Prime Customer service representative Ashish was very pleasant and sent the seller a message to advise this was unacceptable service to their customer and to send an update on where the package is.

The seller replied back the early morning yesterday to state the package tracking # shows the item would be delivered to me by March 14, 2025, I was able to review the location information it shows being in St. Louis, MO. I replied back to the seller to advise that is not where I live my delivery state is Georgia no further information was received back from them.

I contacted Amazon Prime Customer service this morning to provide them with the new update and to request a refund as our Prime account doesn't indicate a 10+ delivery time in our payments you're receiving from us monthly. The representative this morning by the name of Mustafa could only say I'm sorry for this we will contact the seller again on your behalf.

I advised this is an unacceptable response from Amazon as when we don't pay our fee guess what you don't get the same Prime experience. We would get a friendly email reminder oh your Prime service has been temporarily cancelled until that payment is received. So we should get better assistance (refund )from Amazon in return when we pay our money for a product not received in the time frame listed either directly from Amazon or a third party vendor using your site.

I made an order for same day delivery…

I made an order for same day delivery up till 10pm on the 2/03/2025, at 8pm I got a text to say package had been delivered, I looked outside my door, communal area and outside and no parcel. I then called amazon they had told me the driver scanned my parcel as delivered by mistake my parcel is still on the van and will be out for delivery still. 10pm came no parcel. So I called amazon again to be told I have to wait 48 hours and if it's not with me by the 4th I can contact them for an investigation. I organise party and had a party to organise which is why I ordered these items for same day delivery! Ive spoken to 5 different people and have to keep explaining myself so clearly no notes are being take when I call. Absolutely awful service and shittest amazon drives around

Amazon delivery drivers lie to get out of delivering

I ordered a blender that required a delivery password due to its cost. We waited all day and could even see the driver at the top of the road on the app. I went out to meet them but saw no sign. Meanwhile my wife got a message to say 'not able to deliver as pass number not available'. IF THERE IS ONE THING I CANNOT STAND IT IS A LIAR. The delivery driver driver clearly could not see the address in the darkness, made no effort to find it and drove off. The claim there was no pass number was an outright lie. Absolute garbage. Use John Lewis especially if you want any hope of getting your money back.

Is it Fraud?

Ordered item on the 2nd of January and had to pay an extra £2.99 for next day delivery even though I am a Prime member. Item did not arrive and have now been told the 8th of January. No explanation about the £2.99 being refunded.
I genuinely feel they are defrauding customers by taking money under false pretences on orders they know they can't fulfil.

I worked with Mark Smith on the publication of my first book with Amazon. It was a great pleasure working with Mark. He is very competent and wants to make everything perfect, - from editing, formatting, choice of paper, marketing, etc. Just a few days ago, I received the first 25 copies of my first book published by Amazon. I and my friends were very happy to see the first class front and back cover, and everything else. - i am looking forward to working with Mark on my second book. Ulrich Brugger.

I bought a present for my child over a week ago that cost me £44.99 it never got delivered I waited the 2 days Amazon say wait to see if it got lost and gets delivered nothing happened so I called Amazon for a replacement or a refund and they told me I can’t have either unless I send across photo ID with h I don’t have I don’t drive or have a passport I told them this and they said well we can’t help you anymore and put the phone down on me and that was an amazon manager I have constantly contacted amazon and sent other ID like letters and tendency agreement to them and still nothing I’ve Just contacted them again this morning got a lady on the phone who said I’d be more than happy to help put me on hold come back 10 minutes later and said the same thing and hung up on me this is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting from Amazon so now I’ve spent £44.99 on a main present for my child and nothing to show for it how’s that for customer service from Amazon Just letting anybody out there who doesn’t have photo ID like me because there will be some people in the same boat shop elsewhere because this is what Amazon will do to you and you’ll get nothing back I’m heartbroken I’m a single parent I have a daughter with mental health issues and this is what you get on top of Christmas thanks Amazon for showing you really care for your customers and I’ve been with them for over 3 years laughable

Rückerstattung wegen Garantieanspuch

Ich habe am 02.12.23 eine Herrenuhr gekauft. Leider geht diese seid 26.10.24 nicht mehr. Es ist eine Funkuhr und stellt sich nicht mehr selbständig ein. Das hab ich dem Verkäufer Ponder35 2x geschrieben. Dieser reagiert einfach nicht. Daraufhin habe ich Amazon gechattet. Amazon hat den Verkäufer 3x angeschrieben. Keine Reaktion!!! Der letzte Chatt mit Amazon war vor reichlich einer Woche. Sie haben mir zum wiederholtenmal eine Erstattung zugesichert mit dem Versprechen brauch mich um nichts mehr kümmern. Dies Uhr hat immerhin 129,99 gekostet u.hat außerdem noch Garantie drauf.!!!! Auch Amazon reagiert auch nicht mehr bzw. ständig hingehalten, kann man im Chattverlauf nachprüfen. Wenn man was kauft, muß man gleich bezahlen. Wenn man was zurückzubekommen hat, kann man seinem Geld hinterher rennen. Was ist das für ein Kundenservice. Wir sind Rentner, können nicht mal so einfach Geld verlieren. Seid Oktober kämpfe um Erstattung.

My password

My password, for some reason, has stopped working. I tried to use the 'forgotten password' option to change the password which obviously sends you a link to the registered email address. Completed that and tried to re-enter my account but the message says it does not recognise the new password. After a very long process I managed to get a phone number to ring. As everyone would guess the AI bot on the line required me to log on to my account. Which I could not do because it does not recognise my password. I've tried using my mobile instead of my email address, etc. Eventually, after a few hours, I managed to get to a real person on the line. The person was very helpful and through a process I was able to confirm my identity. The person sent me an email and told me to attach a copy of my passport or driving license. This I did but the following day I received a reply telling me to use a link on the email to upload my documents using the Two-Step verification process. I fully understand the need for me to verify my credentials. However, the link required me to type in my password which, is the very problem I'm having. It was one of those emails where you cannot reply. With this in mind I sent a further email to the address I had from the person who spoke to me. In the email I pointed out that the link does not allow me to reconnect to my account. Amazon has responded with referring me to the previous email and the broken link. I seriously think that some of the people in Amazon has less understanding than the chat bot. In fact the chat bot made more sense. It's time that Amazon was brought down because it's useless.

di recente ho acquistato un gioco e una scarpiera
il gioco entro 3 giorni lavorativi e arrivato la scarpiera non mi è stata mai consegnata e nonostante ciò la consegna e stata chiusa consegnata
chattando con il servizio clienti ho scoperto che il pacco e stato consegnata ad un'altra persona con un'altro indirizzo mi hanno effettuato la pratica di rimborso dei miei soldi , ma nessun compenso o un buono regalo per il danno e il disservizio , cosa doverosa da parte di amazon visto che danno solo opzione di pagamento anticipato su conto corrente
sinceramente credo che questo atteggiamento sia poco professionale e irrispettoso nei confronti dei clienti che investono su questo sito mi dispiace ma voto per questa volta pari a 0 !!!!
