My father-in-law has Alzheimer's and cannot remember how to work the tv remote as there are too many buttons.
This products was the answer to all our problems - great idea!

Really good service as the clock arrived really quickly. I purchased this for my Mum and could not be more pleased with it. The display is really clear and having the day of week in big clear letters is really going to help.

Thanks for your quick service in providing an easy to use product for my mum. Technology has it's advantages but the world has got mad with it. I'm a self employed electrical engineer and even I struggle to understand some things. When I repair something it looks really bad when even I need the instruction book just to get the thing to run. Stop the world I want to get off.

This is a great supplier of specialist products. I bought the 'flipper' which is a big button easy-to-use tv channnel changer - a briliant product and the instructions to set up were simple and there is even a youtube video to follow. Price was good and delivery on time.
My very elderly mother can now use her tv correctly for the first time in many years.

Great product. Only down side is the cost. A bit pricey!

We are very happy with the service that we received. The ordered item arrived on time, it was as described and stylish . When the clock was plugged in it immediately showed the correct date, time and day of the week. It is easy to read.

I ordered a clock for my Mam who is becoming more and more confused with the days of the week. She has always had a clock in the bedroom and will still remember to look at the time to see if she has to get out of bed.
I had put notices up on the wall high lightening the current day however she would forget to look and if I had gone to work she could still be confused by the time I came home.
The digital day time and date clock has been such a success at her bedside that I have just ordered another one for the living room.

This clock is plain looking and large. It tells day of week, month and date , minutes and hours. I wish it came in a black frame with a dimming capability in a blue tint. It really should have daylight saving correction built in.

The Digital Day Clock has just arrived, ahead of the indicated delivery date. The clock is a very attractive and well designed product. A friend's mother can read a clock but sometimes cannot discern whether it is night or day. The Digital Day Clock will add to the measures put in place to ensure that she maintains her independence for as long as possible. It is obvious that a lot of though has gone into the design of this clock. Being able to choose the times for the morning-afternoon-evening-night displays allows the clock to be tailored to a person's specific needs. The battery backup is also great. It intrigued us as to how the clock was able to display the correct time in Australia when it was first turned on! We suspect that it was adjusted before being sent from the UK as part of the exceptional customer service. Thank you Alzproducts.

The simplicity is ideal. I covered up the top bit that lights up with "MemoryPlus Doro" because that would just be confusing. I might cover up the +15dB boost button if my mum starts asking about it.
As the phone doesn't display the caller's name, my mum would have no way of screening nuisance calls, so I combined it with a TrueCall unit.
If Doro reads this, it would be great to have other options, e.g. a cordless model, and/or a model that displays the caller's name. It would also be good if, like on a mobile phone, it worked whether the user dials the number (i.e. presses the photo button) before OR after lifting the handset. It has been tricky for my mum to understand that she needs to lift the handset, wait for dial tone, and THEN press the photo button. I can see a need one day for a hands-free phone where she does just ONE thing: press the photo button.

I've just bought a Flipper remote control for my 87yo mother. She is arthritic and is losing her grip. The new remote control is easy for her to hold and it makes it so much easier for her to use and enjoy the television without worrying about pressing the wrong button by mistake. A super product, easy to set up and easy to use. Difficult to see how it can be improved. Well done.

I love this clock it gives such clear time and Date,also Day which is a great help as I am always forgetting what day it is now I have retired !!!

I ordered the Twiddle Muff and two picture books for my mother for her 87th birthday. She has Vascular Dementia and failing eyesight, and constantly "plays" with her clothing, and anything else within her reach! The Twiddle Muff is super, because she has it on her lap and loves the softness of it, and the beads, buttons, tassles etc help keep her hands occupied. She finds it a great comfort, thank you! The picture books have large, bright , clear photos and big letters. She enjoys going through them with her carers, and it prompts memories of similar situations in her younger life. The other residents in her home enjoy them too! There seems to be more and more useful and thoughtful products coming on the market now , which is great for people who need that bit of extra help. Keep up the good work!! Fast deilvery too!! :-)
