Feels like a scam website
Initially felt like a good offer but the product was faulty and they immediately distanced themselves from any liability. They responded with "After reviewing the pictures you have sent..." before I'd even sent any!

We can see that you purchased a pan set in October of last year. I can see that you contacted our team who advised that your issue was classed as normal wear and tear. However, they advised you to contact the manufacturer who provide a warranty against manufacturing defects if you believed that to be the case. Full details of how to do this were sent via email.

Question sizes
Our old microwave went wrong so found one and checked the sizes given all talied up so went ahead and bought this one to replace it thinking swap out done job . No when it arrived and I took our old one out to replace it the width was fine but hight wasn't 460mm as advertised it was 390mm hence a big gap I now have , I went back to check on site but all details had been taken down , don't get me wrong the microwave works fine but I now have to cover up a gap I didn't have so before you make that final click to buy get in touch and check the details are correct is my advice .

Supposedly New. It Wasn’t.
I ordered a washing machine that was graded A.
The description states grade A products are brand new products that just had damaged packaging. The further description also stated that there were minor blemishes to the unit, which were photographed. Fair enough, a few small dents on the side of the machine were no problem to me because they are not visible when installed.
The machine was NOT new.
The packaging/transit bolts had already been removed and the owners manual was not genuine.
I’ve received a second hand machine so I have no idea how old it is!
Pathetic that you have to lie to get customers!

It sounds like you purchased one of our graded appliances which are always described as having minor blemishing and include images of the blemishing. We therefore believe your review is inaccurate.
Transit bolts may be removed by our technician as part of the testing cycle to ensure you receive a fully working graded appliance. Occasionally, we do need to reprint manuals and repackage products and replace accessories if they are missing or damaged
We do describe these as honestly and in as much detail as we possibly can.
The items are then carefully transported by specialist couriers who are used to transporting our products.
Rest assured any item we sell is fully functional and provided with the warranty as described in the item description.

Have had two deliveries canceled. Two days of work I’ve missed to wait in for it to have it not arrive.

As per the notifications you received from the courier, they were unable to deliver to you as the address was inaccessible due to road closures.
Hulks Road and Loomhead Road were the offending roads.
You also did not answer the telephone when the courier tried to call you a number of times on the day.
Can you therefore please contact our customer service department ASAP as this was entirely outside ours or our appointed couriers control.

Electric cables are rarely supplied with hardwired high wattage appliances as they require professional installation. Also the length to the fused spur depends on your kitchen installation and this can vary from property to property. Any reputable installer will be able to supply the correct cabling for your appliance.

Item doesn't match the pictures
Showed couple of minor dents in the picture and graded as grade A. Received fridge with dent on one whole side of the fridge ( front to back). Would grade it as class C not A.
Update: thank you All Your Appliances, received a replacement fridge, havent installed get but..thank you for sorting this.
