I had issues which turned out to be my fault not Reliants fault but the ladies, Isla, Chloe, Ellie and Katie were brilliant. They couldn't do enough I'm sure some companies would have said it's your fault you sort it but not these ladies. Many thanks for a great service and my apologies for getting it wrong.

Good information on product, price and swift delivery.

I purchased an integrated fridge/freezer from this company, but unfortunately the unit arrived badly damaged. There was a noticeable crack on the front body of the fridge, and one corner was bent.
I immediately raised a complaint about the damage. Instead of offering a proper solution (such as a replacement or a full refund), they only proposed a partial refund of less than 10% of the purchase price. Reluctantly, I accepted their offer via email. However, after I replied confirming my acceptance, they completely stopped responding. I am still waiting for the promised refund. No updates, no communication — nothing.
Very disappointed with both the quality of the product delivered and the extremely poor customer service.

The delivery company that you use Arrow XL use couriers who are liers? My wife was in the house waiting for them fir 4 hours I called your customer service (Relient customer service) and I've been told thay are coming in hour and half. Yes they did just to take a picture of my door which was OPEN with my wife in the house waiting fir them! The courier saw its a difficult address its narrow and there is a staircase and he decided to take a quick picture of the front door and leave! After all phoncalls I'm still waiting for my fridge.... so will see tomorrow as thay supposed to deliver it tomorrow again...i hope this will reach the manager of ArrowXL so he can find out who was the courier who took a picture of my OPEN door and claimed he attempted to get in.
