Having ordered a Bb tuba that was unfortunately unsuited to my requirements, I was pleased to be able to return the instrument with ease and at a time convenient to me, all kindly arranged by Alan Gregory Ltd. Mr Andrew Mallon, their resident brass expert, then kindly spent a good deal of time understanding my specific needs, eventually sourcing a beautiful second-hand EEb Besson Sovereign that I am delighted to have purchased through the company. I could not be happier with the instrument.
I am hugely impressed with the patience, thoughtfulness, and customer care provided by Alan Gregory Ltd and Mr Andrew Mallon in particular. That the service and delivery of the instruments proved fast, efficient, and hassle-free is wholly secondary to that of the exemplary customer service I received. I cannot recommend Alan Gregory Ltd highly enough. A hearty and resounding 10/10 all round. Thank you!

Prompt and friendly service
I bought an instrument from this Manchester based company's on-line store, and the people I contacted was always helpful both on the phone, and via e-mails. They responded my e-mails pretty fast, and shipping cost was corrected manually that saved me appx. 20 pounds. I can truly recommend this on-line store to anyone, also international music buyers.
