Disgusting company, shop elsewhere. We purchased a flute case online on 10/12 and it never arrived. No correspondence from them so we had to call them on 21/12 to be told the flute bag wasn’t in stock and they were just waiting to see if it came back in stock. No apology, nothing. They only thing they could offer was a refund. As this was part of a Christmas gift this left a lot of running around to get an alternative on time. It’s 27/12 and still no refund, have had to escalate through PayPal.

Order made online and emailed confirmation received very quickly. Further emails received re dispatch and expected time of delivery. Item arrived quickly, safely and in excellent order. Recommended.

Ordered a Yamaha violin for my daughter's birthday. Violin didn't turn up, so contacted shop who told me that violin would take 30+ days to arrive. Asked for refund, but they didn't refund payment, so had to use Paypal payment dispute service to get a refund. No communications from shop or an apology. I guess they have cash flow problems. Avoid.

Very quick business response and an ordered item was shipped prompt timing. It travelled long way for transportation but I can found no scratch because of right packing. Simply great!

Brought Stentor case but it is fake. The real Stentor cases have a metal logo on the case and also the inside protective cover has the Stentor logo on it.

Update: Used for 6 months and stuff has fallen off and also started to fray. Quality is poor.

I ordered a set of double bass strings. 1 week after, i ask the status of my order, i am told i will get an answer soon. 2 weeks after, i get email telling the product cannot be delivered and i am asked if i want another brand or a refund. I asked for refund, 1 week and few days after, I got the refund. Note that the article d***l f*******s is still available for sale, with a low stock!
