Do not use this company, use it at your own risk. I had read so many bad reviews about it before but decided to give them benefit of the doubt. I have used a different company before and it was only cheaper by a £1 or so so decided to use this one, biggest regret I did. First they tell you we can’t meet and greet at the drop off which is what the other company I used did and they tell you to park in short stay which is a good 10 mins walk away. I could have used the short stay car park at Bristol airport if I wanted this service I wanted met and greet and this is not meet and greet. When I returned I called them as I was coming off the plane and they told me I had to wait for an hour for my car to arrive. I whizzed through passport control so it meant I had to go and sit in the waiting area watching the clock then left when it was nearly an hour. My car had arrived at 40 mins so I ended up paying more than half an hour stay in short stay which made it more expensive for me. I would never use again and I would urge everyone to read their reviews they are all true.

When I booked your services the email said to go to mid stay car park level 3. When I contacted you on nearing the airport I was in formed to go to Holiday Inn Express. We were eventually met by yourselves then had a 15 minute walk to the terminal. We should have been informed of these changes before our day of arrival.
Upon our return we were then told to go to the pick up area again another 25/20 minute walk from the terminal to collect our car.
Had we been informed of these changes via email before our arrival I would have scored you higher.

Called half an hour before arrival, chap was there to greet us at the drop off point, really nice guy, we walked 2 minutes to check in. When we got back, called from baggage collection area, car was waiting for us. All considered, Excellent and will use this service again. Thank you.

The website offered a company called Mayfair Meet and Greet which looked great value (beware something that is too cheap, lesson learnt). After I booked it I learnt the price was not the price, for example it didn't include airport access fees in either direction. Nothing annoys me more than hidden charges so I immediately cancelled it. That in itself was hard work but eventually they refunded the money and then hit me with a £16.95 cancellation charge that was never mentioned! As an aside, the review rating for this company on Airport Cheap Parking for Mayfair is clearly entirely made up (4.9 out of 5) as I discovered looking at TrustPilot afterwards where 1 star seems to be a generous rating for Mayfair with all sorts of reports of ULEZ fines, damaged cars, things missing from cars, drivers not turning up etc etc. AirportCheapParking have to take responsibility for the providers that they list so my advice is avoid like the plague and don't believe anything you read on this website. Go direct to one of the more reputable providers like Purple Parking or Maple parking and pay a bit more - at least you'll know your car will come back in one piece and there aren't hidden charges that you don't find out about until you've handed over your money

Got a call from the driver hours before my flight saying the company is a 3rd party and had not paid them so weren’t going to honour the contract.

Not replied to my calls or emails.

This company is very cheap and that is for a reason. On my return, despite calling as I collected my bags, I waited in total 40 minutes for my car to be returned.
My first call to their office, I was told that there was only one driver working and I would have to wait 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I called back and was told to wait another three or four minutes. This ended as a further 10 minutes. During that call I asked the gentleman why there was only one driver on and he hung up on me.
I had the standard email asking for a review and on trying to respond the link wouldn't allow a review to be left.
I definitely don't recommend this company.

5 star service. From collection to return everything was fantastic. Definitely back again
