Very good Service

Took forever to pick up car, took even longer to bring to us when we returned and to cap it all I received a PENALTY PARKING NOTICE whilst they had possession of my car!

Try to complain and you just get passed from one email address to another, whilst I am having legal action taken against me as the keeper, even though I was in Italy when the parking infringement happened!

We got stopped by police as this company is not legit!! The police then told us this company are using people’s mileage they took both of my headlights. Another customer had tyre was flat, they ask for another £20 upon arrival do not use!!

26/07/2026. We arrived at Orange Car Park Stansted to park the car. There was no obvious signs indicating any parking. There was no formal greeting or office until we eventually located someone who asked us to hand over the keys without any receipt or paperwork.
We told him where the car was parked and paid £13 allowing him to leave the orange car park before making our short walk to the terminal.
Whilst away on holiday my vehicle app indicated that my vehicle had been driven for 29 miles one night, 11.15 pm until 00.15 am. I tried repeatedly to contact the company to explain my concern and annoyance, but nobody returned my calls or took me remotely seriously.
Upon our return we were left waiting over 75 minutes to be re-united with our brand new vehicle.
There was no handover, I was not offered the opportunity to inspect my vehicle
My car was in such a disgusting state having appeared to have been left in some dusty field, with over 100 miles recorded having been driven. There were muddy footprints and litter in the rear even though nobody had previously travelled in the back during the three weeks that I had owned the new vehicle.
There was no greeting to see if everything was ok.
Upon inspection the whole length of the drivers side is scratched to bare metal. Both drivers side doors are scuffed and the rear wheel arch is dented. I have contacted the company to obtain insurance details, but they clearly have no intention of acting responsibly.
As a result I would never recommend this parking to anyone I know, in fact I would advise anyone to avoid this place at all costs. Please do not use this company as I do not feel it is in anyway a good advert for anyone wishing to leave their car which in normal circumstances is a very expensive commodity.
Over all my years of travelling and parking cars this is by far the worst and most disgraceful service I have ever experienced. Avoid at all costs

Told later after booking. Have to pay another £26 for drop of and pick up charges.

regarding my booking reference MM-ACP-17-398371 Parking for our flight at Luton airport on 15th July 2026.
We arrived at Burr Street in Luton to park the car. There was no obvious signs indicating any parking. There was no formal greeting or office until someone eventually turned up for us to hand over the keys without any receipt or paperwork.
We were then dropped off within a short walk to the terminal.
Upon our return we were left waiting over an hour to be picked up.
On arrival to the car park my car was in such a disgusting state having appeared to have been left in some dusty field, with over 10 miles recorded having been driven.
There was no greeting, the car was left unattended with the engine running and the keys left on the drivers seat, with no one to greet us to see if everything was ok.
As a result I would never recommend this parking to anyone I know, in fact I would advise anyone to avoid this place at all costs.
I feel you should look at this company, as I do not feel it is in anyway a good advert for anyone wishing to leave their car which in normal circumstances is a very expensive commodity.
Over all my years of travelling and parking cars this is by far the worse I have ever experienced.

Very easy to use and great value for money

This is not the company to use for meet and greet, phoned 30 min before arriving no answer called again said to go to Zone D , called when I arrived and advised 5 min away, called back 10 min later told it would be 10 min when I questioned this was told it’s only 10 min, very calm no apology, 20 min later I called to check and got put on hold for 4 min hung up called back told driver is on his way, waited nearly an hour to have car collected. Arrived back today to collect called as we landed at 19:15 told at 20:00 about another 10 min, no apologies and really don’t seem to care

Worst experience I've ever had with an airport parking service. I had to wait more than three hours to collect my car and was charged an extra £22 at the airport because of the delay.

There was absolutely no communication or updates from the company throughout the process. After waiting for so long with no information, I genuinely lost hope of getting my car back and even reported the situation to the police.

I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Took over 3 hours to get car back which was left upstairs for our entire 10 day holiday and we were charged £700 at the exit barrier!!!

Great site to compare parking options, easy online booking

Said nothing until booked that it's not at the airport. Cancelled within a minute and says nothing about a refund even though I paid extra for it. That's not on the receipt either.
So many dodgy sites nowadays so may have yo claim through my bank

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Used the meet and greet service at Stansted in May. When we received the vehicle on return noticed damage to wing mirror. Reported the damage immediately to driver and he said go via complaints email and have yet to hear back from them despite multiple emails and phone calls and now denying that the driver was ever informed and we didn’t tell them about it.

I booked through this company but was given SWIFT MEET AND GREET as my valet parking provider. This is a scam company who left my car in the Stansted Orange car park from when I dropped it at 4am, until they removed my car at 11:35pm by trying to avoid parking charges they caused by tailgating another car to avoid the ANPR parking cameras. I have received a £60 fine and now they are not contactable. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU BOOK THROUGH!

Web site was easy to follow and select a firm that looked good.

I am leaving this feedback to warn other customers about my experience.

I booked a parking service for my vehicle at Luton Airport After collecting my car, I discovered that personal items (including prescription sunglasses and a small amount of cash) were missing from inside the vehicle. The cash itself was only a few £1 coins, but the value is not the issue — the concern is that someone has clearly been going through my personal belongings, which I find completely unacceptable and disgusting.

When I raised the issue, I was told the booking agents do not deal with vehicle handling and was redirected to the operator (Budget Meet & Greet Luton / IMG Parking Ltd). I followed this advice and contacted the operator multiple times, but I have received no response at all.

As a result, I have been left with a serious issue involving missing belongings, no investigation, and no accountability from either party involved. Communication has been extremely poor, and responsibility is being passed between companies without any resolution.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious, as there appears to be no clear process for handling complaints or resolving issues when something goes wrong.
