What went wrong? Where can I start!

Drop-off was really dodgy... no clear instructions... no clear signage... the personnel were completely clueless and disorganised. This was very early in the morning!!!

Collection was even worse... phoned them as instructed, and the car didn't come when stated in the call.
Had to phone multiple times to get any information but was cut off, and they didn't pick up the call on many occasions.
There were 2 people dropping the cars back for 4 different families but had to go on foot to collect the car off-site...!
Our car finally arrived 90 mins later, having stood for the whole time in the temperature of 1 degree!
No apology or explanation was provided.

Convenient, cost effective. My only gripe is the confusing use of the ' meet and greet' terminology, it is quite easy to confuse this with the 'official' meet and greet service at the airport - this is not quite the same and you drop car off at drop off zone, not the ' meet and greet' area. You have to wait for driver to arrive to rendezvous with you then collect your car, also on arrival back at airport there can be a half an hour wait until your car is returned to you. Also add on the cost of your car exiting the pick up area, twice. I'd use it again but having used the ' actual ' meet and greet service in the past I'd prefer that , but this service worked perfectly well

Poor and very dissatisfied with this service. The car was returned and had lots of kids greasy fingerprints in it and on the windows. We don’t have kids. It was dirty inside too with tenants of snack on the floor I the front and between the seats. More miles than anticipated on the clock!! 30+. So not parked locally!! More likely been used a run about.
Tried on several occasions to both ring and send emails but none have replied to!!!!

I made a reservation to park the car at your place for Stansted Airport with reservation number MM-ACP-17-394686 starting on 29.12.2025 at 3 o'clock I called the phone number 07927103229 at 3 o'clock and announced that we would arrive in 30 minutes and they told us that they would be waiting for us in the Orange parking lot at the airport to pick up the car! But when we arrived no one showed up to pick up the car I called the same number more than 10 times and no one answered the phone I waited more than 30 minutes for someone to come but still no one answered and no one came to pick up the car. The reservation for which we paid and waited to park our car was not made. I ask you to refund the parking fee! Not to mention the £10 for parking in the Orange area.

Whilst the process was easy the hidden charge of £10 drop off each way seems very excessive. There was reference to a drop off charge but no indication of how much - this is dearer than Heathrow. Taking a further £20 would make the airport official parking, with no drop off charge, much more competitive. The official drop off charge for Stansted is £7.00 - why is £10 applied?

I wouldn’t give even one star to this company or whatever is called .
Worst experience ever
I had to pick up my car at 2:30 pmand they keep saying that the car is coming but they never brought to the airport.
So my husband had to start looking for our car but itself and he find someone outside who direct him to go to pick the car by himself .
We took our car at 7pm so tired and disappointed

Poor experience. On drop off they arrived 25 minutes after I arrived resulting in large car park charges. On pick up the car was filthy. I was really concerned that my car wouldn’t be returned

I feel I’ve been part of a scam.

I’ve used this service to park near Bristol airport and when I arrived at the premises, I’ve understood why it was not clear the location of the parking when the parking was booked - the car park had no good access conditions and the park itself was not much suitable, but I accept it was part of the deal. After I’ve been dropped off at the airport and I’ve paid a two ways ride – 14£ in total with the guarantee that I would be picked up on the return after calling the support number.

On the way back I’ve called the number, and I was advised that down to roadworks I would have to take a taxi otherwise it would take more than 3 hours for my collection to happen, and I was promised that if I share the taxi receipt it would be refunded next day. When I arrived at the car park the police border force was on site and there was no sign of the people working there, illegal migrants I’ve been told by the police. Police gave me my car keys so I could go home.

Since, and after sharing the taxi receipt the way I was told for the refund I was promised, there was no response. I’ve followed up a couple of times on the topic and still no response from the WhatsApp number, messages are seen but not responded. Email info @airportcheapparking.co.uk and payments @airportcheapparking.co.uk and nothing yet. Called the support number at +44 333 567 1984 - terrible customer service only told to email again. Just did waiting on a feedback.

Please find attached the taxi receipt that I’m requesting refund on and the receipt for the two ways transport paid on the arrival day.

I would appreciate if you can come back to me to fix the situation – happy for refunds to be done to payment card.

Very competitive price with the discount applied, even better than that of the Cophall normal discount for members.

Followed instructions rang on arrival in airport told 30 minute wait for car to be delivered!!!!!

What a joke. In whose interest is making the payment on line. I used to tap on exit, nothing to forget. This introduces worry and doubt. There is no benefit to the customer. Just another way to catch customers into fines.

Terrible experience on return. I called when we landed. Was told in 40 min our car will be there. After 45 min I called,no answer, took them another hour and a half to bring the car. Our children were crying, tired ,and all we got was Sorry on arrival. Never using them again!

Heathrow Park and Ride - Hidden charge of £12 for terminal drop off and pick up. Took 2 hours to be returned to my vehicle upon arrival. Picked up other customers on the way who had been waiting at the terminal for over 2 hours and had contacted the police, and another customer who had his car damaged whilst away. Our cars had been moved to another site whilst we were away. My Dashcam was disconnected to unable to verify whether my car was used whilst away for other purposes. Any loose change left in my keyholder had been stolen. Not enough setabelts in the minibus for all of the passengers. Awful experience from start to finish.

I can’t believe how grateful I am, we booked through a different company who never turned up! Within 15 minutes they were they picking up our car and letting us go on holiday! Thank you so much for your amazing customer service! Your quick support and kind words when I was having a small breakdown! Thank you to the lovely man who collected our car and showed me how to pay for parking in the rush! Thank you again for everything you saved me!

Disgusting service.

No mention of having to pay £10 to drop car off in Stanstead car park.

No mention of having to pay £10 to leave car park when collecting car.

Had to wait 1 hour when dropping car off for someone to collect it from us. Had to stand in pouring rain in middle of the car park for that hour whilst waiting for them get to us, having been assured by them they would be there in minutes.

Had to wait 2 hours for them to bring car back to us when we arrived.

Basically seems like 1 man with a mobile phone number & a lock up who comes to get your car then drives it somewhere at least half an hour away.

DO NOT USE!!!!

Also just to add, whilst waiting in the car park all that time for the pick up & drop off, there were several other families suffering exactly the same problems as described above, so this is not a one off!!!

Absolutely appalling, don't be tempted however cheap it seems!
Both pickups to and from Bristol airport were fraught with difficulties, involved several phone calls and texts(one of which denied having our car at all) before we were finally picked up after waiting for an hour each time. The drivers drove too fast looking at their phones a lot of the time. The car was stored in a field thick with mud-we were lucky to get out. Never again-(echoed by everyone we met on both trips)
