Whilst the service is acceptable, they do tell you of the cost of the short stay car park ,they neglect to tell you that you have to pay again when you pick the car up. This effectively adds another £14 to the costs. I will not be using this company again and I advise potential customers to bear this in mind

It’s the worst company I’ve ever used in my life. They didn’t have any bus on the day for the shuttle and they wait for us to call 20 mins before to tell us that we have to book and taxi to go to the airport and that they will refund us. I still don’t know if I will be getting this money even. The guy who was there that day, whose name was Rahul said we should call them after we pick the luggage but when we called them, somebody else was there and he said we have to wait 35-40 mins and apparently we were supposed to call as soon as we land. Rahul also said the reason they didn’t have any bus on the day was because all the vans was at the garage and the other said the van broke down. I’m not sure who to believe. Then the experience with the driver was even worse, he came in an old van completely run down and dented and very dusty and dirty. He was very arrogant, unhelpful and ridiculously savage and ill mannered, he didn’t help us with luggage nothing, when we asked him if he was going to help he said “take it” very arrogantly and them I told him how unhelpful he was, he started abusing me and my husband, he called my husband a bastard and called me all sort of abusive words that I can’t even write in the review and he even spit on the road as if he was spitting on us, his name was Jamil. And when the other guy Chris was apologising for his behaviour, he told Chris, “why you are saying sorry to them”. His behaviour was not acceptable and my husband even had to make a video of him as he was abusing me and would not stop and even stopped me talking to Chris. I would certainly not recommend this AYGO car park. Don’t use it, you will regret

I Used this service, all I can say is avoid at all cost and there will be costs from the missing petrol, to the £20 in car parking charges they don’t mention till you have paid. Or the over a hour wait you will have once you have rang to try and get your car back.
And juggling buy the rubbish left in the car, who only knows what’s been happening with my car in the week they had it.
I thought I was using the official meet and greet service at standard airport. was sold on the so-called express service offered. so booked. But turned out the service I got was as follows. I had to make a phone call 30mins before I arrived and meet a man in the orange carpark and pay £10 so he could take the car out of the carpark and who knows where it was taken. On return I phoned to ask to collect my car, after 3 calls and over a hour wait got my car back with just over half a tank of petrol, I had fill it up before I left home and live 84 miles from airport. Now I had my car back I had to pay another £10 to get out of the airport. There was also rubbish left in my car as well. So use this service at your own risk

Good options. Reasonably priced ones.

Service was nice and easy, staff were friendly and it was cost effective. I haven't given a 5 star rating as when it came to paying the airport charges of £7 to enter the drop off zone we only had £10 on us. Whilst it’s only £3, I would have expected the change to have been left in my car upon return but it wasn’t. I have used other meet and greet firms the month before and this did happen.
