We are a professional healthcare consultancy firm entrusted with sensitive, regulated clinical data. Entrusting AIR IT to manage our systems has been, without exaggeration, the most damaging business decision we've ever made.

Over a 3-year period, AIR IT’s support caused:
🔻 Repeated file corruption and loss – business-critical documents (60–100 pages long) vanished due to misconfigured OneDrive routing to unknown SharePoint folders, with no trace left.
🔻 Mishandling of laptop migrations – "Created" and "Modified" dates were erased during transfer, destroying document audit trails.
🔻 Persistent Outlook failures – meetings and emails misrouted to junk since 2022, unresolved.
🔻 Incompetent support – staff Googling fixes live on calls, conflicting advice, and "experimental" changes that introduced new failures.
🔻 Refusal to take ownership – issues dragged across multiple tickets, prematurely closed, with no accountability.
🔻 And the final insult: AIR IT expected us to pay extra for an onsite visit to fix the chaos they caused.

An independent IT consultancy concluded the damage was so extensive that a complete rebuild on a new laptop was required.

We’ve now escalated to legal counsel. The CEO and leadership have been formally informed.
