Took six hours to get my situation sorted, it was just a simple password chage but created an enormous amount of problems because it was not done correctly! 3 emails, 3 phone calls and 2 people!

We've been really impressed with the service from AIR IT. The team is incredibly proactive – they don’t wait for problems to escalate, and they’re always quick to respond when any technical issues come up. If something can be fixed straight away, they get it done without delay. And in cases where it takes a bit longer, they keep us updated throughout the process so we're never left wondering what's going on. Their communication and reliability really set them apart. Highly recommended!

Only got 2 stars as the staff are generally great.

My company have been with a company AIR IT purchased, and never really had a complaint. However, we now have a few complaints. These include automatically renewing contracts being smuggled into the 7 pages of small print, but not highlighted, so not desperately clear. Our lawyer said this could be fought as we are a small company and OFCOM says they are not allowed for us, but there is a debate as to whether the small print is clear or not.

With an intentional renewal, we declined free new equipment as it seemed unnecessary and our current equipment worked well. Then it didn't and we were told it was our issue to solve.
Finally, the service since our original supplier was bought out by Air IT has definitely gone downhill.
By the letter of law, we apparently have debatable legs to stand on, if any. However, by the spirit of the law I think AIR IT is underhand and does little if anything to encourage long term trust.

I certainly cannot wait to leave them. Any company who automatically renews contracts must be desperate.

Always respond quickly, always very helpful and friendly. Also, as mature computer user, some of the most simplest tasks can be confusing, these guys never judge and always there to help regardless of how simple to the problem is to fix.

Reneged on a signed contract we had with them for their services, failed to fulfil what was within agreement and promised to find a suitable alternative, still waiting 6 weeks later!!
Of course I haven't sampled their services, so can't comment on that, but can certainly comment on the way they operate which isn't how I like to do business. Big thumbs down

The process for adding the Sage add-on was not as straightforward as it should have been. However, Shahad remained patient and managed to get it to download and now it can be used for my reports.

The printer was added without any problems

New computer configured, delivered and set up on line in accordance wit my requirements. On time and according to plan!
