AGR Models Recenzje

Packaging for the item was spot on and much more protective than it needed to be which is great!

Super fast shipping too!

Kept me informed at every step of the way about the order, including when it was dispatched. Items arrived swiftly, packaged well and om mint condition as advertised. Many thanks!

Really pleased with the service from AGR Models.
I enquired about a particular model and Jeff said he'd let me know when it was back in stock and an estimated time. I ordered as soon as it came back in, and it was delivered less than a week later.
Jeff kept in touch with any updates about the order which was massively appreciated. It arrived really well packaged, lots of bubble wrap and a sturdy box. You can tell Jeff is really knowledgeable and passionate about what he does.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for any sort of model, would happily use AGR Models again for any future orders.

My grandson was over the moon when I was able to find the last car in the set of five cars (lanncia). I had been looking for this car for a long time, your company must have been the smallest that in tried but the best.
Thank you very much.

A fantastic overall experience from AGR Models. I was just randomly looking one night for a die cast star wars ship i had only recently found out about. And google search results brought me to AGR models where not only was it in stock it was VERY reasonably priced compared to other UK stockists. I made an order the next day.

Kudos to the staff as it was noted on the item description that there was a small tear on the box for the item. While this didn't matter to me it would to some collectors. So good of them to let folk know. The item arrived a couple of days later exceptionally well packaged, I was super chuffed with it, good communication from AGR as well via email.

And that small tear that was mentioned. I did eventually find it! And it was pretty tiny! Again this didn't bother me as i was always going to unbox and display the item. But again it is good that AGR models mentioned this. I'll certainly keep an eye on their stock for any future ships in that range!

Really positively surprised on how quick my delivery arrived.

Cars were secured in a box still wrapped up in original plastic wrap.

This was my first ever purchase of 1/64 scale car models and I am very happy of how detailed the cars are.

I am looking forward to be your loyal customer. Thank you.

Quick and efficient service, my purchases have always been well packaged and dispatched promptly.
I would definitely recommend AGR Models.

Amazing service, my son is a massive f1 fan and wanted the1:5 scale model of the 2023 Mercedes-AMG Lewis Hamilton F1 helmet for his Birthday.
It arrived the next day perfectly packed.
Thank you to the team at AGR models who ensured my son received it before his birthday.
Amazing company with great service thank you.

Very easy to find the hot wheel cars I was looking for and they were also a good price.
Delivery very quick and packing really secure
100% recommend and will use again.

Can't fault them one bit and would definitely recommend them to anyone. I will be keeping an eye on their stock and will be buying again...

Fantastic experience

Thank you so much for accommodating my request for a quick delivery, very pleased with your service and so happy with the purchase, excellent customer service!

Iv ordered about 3 times now...Friendly, helpful, great prices, well packed when delivered ... highly recommended

Item dispatched quickly, extremely well packaged and delivery exactly when they said it would be. Can't fault anything and would definately use again should my 8 year old grandson find another "must have car"

Honestly near perfect from start to finish. Paid for a 2 fast 2 furious model car (Paul Walkers Nissan Skyline R-34) and I was emailed straight away. The next day I received 2 more emails, one to say it had finished processing and one giving me a link to track it via Royal Mail. The tracking is really appreciated and when it arrived it was packaged so well with loads of bubble wrap and nicely boxed.

The only one really minor thing I would say, and I’m only pointing this out incase they see this, is on the second email it’s stated “your order is now complete” which is slightly confusing because I would take complete as me having it in my hands. They meant it had finished processing, but maybe put that as the header instead of complete but that’s literally the smallest thing.

Overall highly recommend, they offered the item at the best possible price, kept me updated and provided tracking and when the model arrived it was packaged perfectly.

Very quick dispatching and professional service highly recomend

Added a note to the order to request if the package (ordered early Thurs morning) can be dispatched and posted ASAP in hopes of it arriving by Sunday so we can gift it to our friend for his birthday.

Got a dispatch confirmation email later that morning along with a note saying the order was specifically dispatched with higher priority, as well as AGR Models personally covering the extra cost of Royal Mail 24h delivery so that it’ll arrive by Friday/Saturday so we can gift it to our friend in time for his birthday.

Just got an email from Royal Mail notifying me that the package will arrive tomorrow (Friday).

Excellent customer service and would 100% order from here again.
