What a great service !!
I placed an order for 2 cars and noticed on their website that shipping was delayed due to their summer break, which was not a problem at all. I received an email from Geoff at AGR Models whilst he was on holiday wanting to check that I had seen the notice, to which I replied yes and that there was no problem at all, thanks for taking the time to let me know. Today I have received the 2 x cars for my grandson, which were fantastically packed and exactly as advertised! What a pleasure to deal with a good old family business with communication and service the good old-fashioned way. I could not recommend them enough!

Have bought from AGR a few times now and am always impressed. Products arrive quickly and extremely well packaged. You can really see the love and care they put into each order. Have often found them to be the first to update their website with new products.

Personal experience
I stumbled upon this wonderful website by chance and wanted to buy some of my desired diecast models. Bad luck, the site crashed due to some reasons while i was about to check out.
So i had contacted Jeff(owner) via insta DM. He was so kind enough to help me place the order without any hazzle even when the website was not functioning. Same day shipping was done and the order got delivered at my doorstep within 3 to 5 days in flawless condition.
Thank you jeff ❤️
Looking forward to more ✌️
