Have used Aford Awards several times and they never let you down. Good value, good products, free engraving that is easily doable for free, and 10% off if you are prepared to spend a few minutes attaching engraving!

Incredibly impressed with the service, not impressed with Parcel Force, you should consider a different parcel company when the mandate comes up for renewal.

Think they have forgotten about the local customers that have supported them for the last 25 years before the ecommerce! Charged £16 engraving for about 30 letters and thought the overall value of the trophy itself was very poor.

Always found you to be professional,keep you informed of the parcel in transit & delivered on time. Thats why I keep coming back.

I was in a panic because I had only left myself less than two weeks before my town's pool presentation... I found Aford Awards online and gave them a try, and I certainly don't regret it. The trophies themselves are great quality, and they were delivered in only 5 working days (I ordered over 30 trophies, all with engraving). One of the trophies I purchased was smaller than I thought it would be, but I was able to send this back and great another trophy in it's place, which was done on a same-day turnaround. Sophie and Leila were both extremely helpful and made the whole process seamless.

Communication was good and the 'self assembly' option for the trophies was appreciated. A discount worth having for putting trophies on their stands (where applicable) and attaching the engraved plates.
However, I was extremely disappointed with the 'engraving' of the plates. They're not engraved, but printed, so don't look nearly as effective as engraved ones.
Having looked at Aford's website to look in to this, it does state that some plates will be printed instead of engraved, especially during busy times. You can request engraving instead of printing, with the understanding that this will increase the lead time. When I placed the order, I did state there was no rush, as we were replacing trophies that got lost during a house move, so it's disappointing that Aford didn't infer from that statement that engraved plates would be preferred.
