Horrendous customer service when trying to book MRI scan.
Thd person on the phone was dismisive,unprofessional unhelpful and appeared to have no idea of the geography of Dublin.
Cowboy operation best avoided.
In the end I cancelled, I will just get a referral letter from GP and source a reputable privider myself.

El dermatólogo Jorge García Macarron ha infiltrado a mí hija un queloide produciendo un dolor terrible, dos veces igual, no sé molesta ni un segundo en explicar, que él procedimiento es doloroso, que puede haber la posibilidad de anestesia, nada. Va a despachar rápido, ni 5 minutos te dedica, lo que importa es ver a mucha gente y todo lo demás le da igual. Una gran pena, quizás buen profesional , pero como persona, le falta lo principal, empatía, humanidad , fundamental para ser un buen medico. No volveremos.

These guys rang me up for a follow-up scan appointment that they never told me was going to happen last year when i was in with them, then proceeded to tell me that they don't cover VHI. They requested my personal details (they could have been anyone) then requested payment of €192 to book this 'required' follow-up appt over the phone. It was not possible to pay them on the day. No way was I giving them money and personal details over the phone to these guys, too many scams out there. They are taking complete liberties with their customers. Everything about them smacks of greed. just check their other reviews, they say it all. I wont be going near them again

If you have a medical card, ask your doctor for an alternative provider. It is impossible to speak to a real person for an update and you will be waiting over one year (so far in my case).

Very poor service trying to book a scan for my daughter. Different information from different staff I spoke with. Advised processing the referral was delayed as no consultant name on referral - it was on headed paper and had consultant name on it and signed! But did not phone me to clarify referral info. Kept saying it would take a few weeks for radiologist to review referral, and that time just kept increasing.

Overcharged by €332. Paid in cash. Refused to credit my bank account. I must drive 348km round trip to redeem my money that they overcharged me. AVOID

Desde q han pasado a formar parte de Affidea, la clínica Atenea de torrent ha pasado de ser un servicio sobresaliente a pésimo, largas colas para la atención, tardanza en las citas, masificación y mala comunicación...

He estado en la calle Oquendo haciéndome una gammagrafía, la prueba bien, y la atención bien, pero no me informaron, que no podía estar cerca de embarazadas o niños.... Claro me lo han dicho cuando he llegado. Me parece poco profesional no informar de esto.

Referred for a CT scan 5 months ago. Completed their patient profile which was sent via text message 5 months ago. This stated that I would be contacted by a member of their scheduling team to arrange the appointment. I am still waiting to be contacted. Needless to say, I have gone elsewhere.

Pésima atencion, llamas y llamas, nadie contesta, pero bien para cobrar, te atienden al toque, la ultima mamografía y ecografía mamaria, el informe pésimo, el cd no me lo quisieron dar, pero por lo menos las fotos tendrian q poner en el informe, la verdad que dan verguenza, aca en Elche y supongo q en todos sus clinicas.

Mi experiencia con Affidea en Juan Bravo 25 Madrid ha sido bastante decepcionante. El servicio médico resulta claramente deficiente, con una atención que deja mucho que desear en cuanto a organización y profesionalidad.
Las enfermeras, aunque intentan hacer su trabajo lo mejor posible, se encuentran visiblemente sobrepasadas, lo que repercute directamente en la calidad del trato al paciente. La sensación general es de descontrol y falta de recursos.
Además, resulta muy poco apropiado que en una consulta médica haya presencia de una tienda de diseño, maniquies, y como catálogos de moda. Esto transmite una imagen poco seria y resta credibilidad a un entorno que debería centrarse exclusivamente en la salud y el bienestar del paciente.
En conjunto, una experiencia poco recomendable que necesita mejoras urgentes tanto en la gestión como en la atención al paciente.

Acudo desde hace tiempo a la consulta de dermatología con la doctora Zurita en el centro de Infanta Mercedes de Madrid. El trato y la atención es excelente. Ella es muy profesional y cercana y ofrece explicaciones de cualquier problema planteado.

Pesima. Llevo 4 horas para que me generen una nueva contraseña y poder a mis resultados y ni contestan a los emails ni te ayudan si llamas por telefono. Ademas la atencion de la recepcionista del centro de balmes es pesima y muy mal educada.

Difficult to comprehend contact details and general messaging. Attitudes might be acceptable in a totalitarian state. Worst patient/client attitude in my long experience. Have requested alternative Service provider eg VHI/ Laya etc. Jmy Lynch

What ever you do do not book this place! If you’re a healthcare professional who can refer your patients I would recommend SSC, Alliance or hermitage clinic instead. They have incompetent staff on the phone and a terrible booking service. If your patient needs seen urgently it ain’t going to happen. Worst service ever.

I had an absolute joke of an experience with their Ballyheigue centre. I made a complaint, and the person who got back to me basically denied everything and left it at that.

No compassion or professionalism here whatsoever.

Utilizan ambientador con sustancias químicas tóxicas más que demostrado incompatibles con la salud en un centro de salud. Completamente incoherente. Para cualquier usuario, pero sobre todo para personas con Hipersensibilidad o embarazadas. He tenido que cambiar de centro...

I had absolutely disturbing morning at Drogheda Affidea ,to be honest I was a few minutes late ,because I found difficult to find a place . But the doctors were extremely not nice ,they didn’t let me use Dictionary or call the interpreter at the very end they told me my Time is finished and I have to leave !

Terrible treatment of our elderly mum in Dublin. When we highlight multiple errors on scan reports - they pretend to be interested with an AI type response. Then they vanish when facts of case are produced - be careful if you have any potential cancer diagnosis, as you might loose valuable treatment time with their errors and oversights. Might be covered by your insurer like VHI - but consider going directly to your consultant’s hospital even if you have to pay full. Don’t trust them and definitely don’t trust their ‘senior’ management. They then refuse our data protection/ gdpr request. Hopefully our mum will live this stage. Never again will anyone from our family go near Affidea - value your health

Absolutely shocking service.
Appointment confirmed by text only to find out when I arrive at the clinic that the time has been CHANGED. I’m supposed to arrive with a FULL bladder 20 minutes prior to appointment time then because they have changed the time WITHOUT NOTIFYING me I am
expected to wait an extra time.
