Poor scheduling for inspection
Poor scheduling for inspection. No communication. Inspection guy showed up, looked at the unit and left without as much as a report of his findings. Will not do business again

Cancelled my order and never told me.
You cancelled my order because you thought it was fraudulent when it wasn't. I appreciate the security steps but what you should have done was email me and let me know this was done. Instead, I had to call a week later to discover my order had been cancelled. I purchased from a different company due to this.
