The order screen kept messing up and it wouldn’t let me enter my cc info or coupon code. I spent 30 minutes messing with it on my phone and the computer. I had problems on both. Very frustrating!

Very disappointed in our experience…
Very disappointed in our experience with our purchase. Was excited showed 2 in stock, I paid extra for overnight delivery of the package I ordered, received email a couple of days later about mfg delay, and ship date changed to May, I called them then
date moved up to April 15th, now got email saying moved ship date to Late April unexeptable. Also ordered an Alarmed cabinet it showed up in a few days which was good then got another cabinet called them and asked if this was a mistake they said no it came with my package I ordered and said it was not an extra charge. Then I got got an invoice showing they charged us for the cabinet and overnight shipping they said was included. Again unexeptable. They did not live up to anything they represented. I'm just praying it shows up sooner than they are saying, we almost had a need for it the weekend after we ordered it and it wasn't here. It ended up okay but could have been bad. Very dissatisfied with this company AED.com. We ordered this as there is an urgent need at our Church for this, I pray our order will arrive soon than than the new ship date.I will not ever recommend this company to anyone as it's been a very poor experience.

Third party communication after order wasn't good
I ordered from AED.com and started getting emails about setting it up but then a third party actually handled the order (Cardio Partners), I got a confirmation but no tracking number. I finally emailed them to ask where my order was or get a tracking number and they responded that the one I ordered was out of stock and they swapped it out (without checking with me) and it hasn't even shipped yet and its been a couple of weeks. They picked a new product for me and then "TOLD" me they would send me a tracking number when it shipped. Meanwhile, thought this would be mounted at my gym by now, not having to proactively find out that my order was out of stock and never shipped. Oy
