Excellent customer service

The item was not comfortable to wear, I wouldn’t stay in place anyway. I’ve purchased a spacer for between toes and that made my foot ache. And I purchased a bunion pad that loops over the small toe which also made my toe ache and did not stay in place.

I needed a item to help place my little toe in proper alignment. This device will do that with no pain and can fit in my sandals

The pad doesn't really stay cold too long, which is very disappointing. Also, a third of it went warm, well before the rest.

Great product and excellent customer service

works as designed. ordering and shipping was straightforward. gel packs hold the cold for around half an hour, more than enough time to safely numb an area down. has a decent enough area to cover almost anywhere on the body you need it to chill. if its not big enough you probably should go see a doctor instead.

I used the product and it turned out that it was very good. I did not feel any bunion pressure at all. On my right pinky toe side. However, after 3 days I noticed while wearing it. It had an itch so I took off my shoe and sock lo and behold, I had a very deep red scaly rash. On the\n Top of my toe all the way to my Bunyan. I don't know if it was the mineral oil that you put on it. That caused a reaction or the gel in the product. I don't know I've had toe splitters before, not as good as this, but never had that reaction. So can you make it right? Send me another one. That doesn't have allergic stuff or any mineral oil. I'm willing to take another one because it was very good. Please let me know what you decide.Otherwise , I'll have to go somewhere else

The Toe Separator product has been very useful in helping keep my hammer toe and big toe separated. It provides a nice cushion and comfortable fit. The product is easy to clean and re use if necessary. This is my third order of this product and provides an alternative to surgery for bunion and hammer toe in my case.

The gel foot inserts were just what I was looking for. The product arrived in a very timely manner.

The toe crest(s) arrived promptly and it does help a lot to relieve the pain when I’m walking because of arthritis, hammer toes and a corn.
