I had an issue with a product that was shipped to me, customer service sent me a return label and said to return it. Then the warehouse sent it back because the tags were not attached (which they knew from the start that I had removed the tags). So they charged my credit card again. Which is funny, because when my return happened, they only sent me a store credit for the return, they wouldn't return the money to my card... but then charged me again. Rip off artists!!! That should be illegal. I will never shop here again.

I am a regular client of the brand. I returned an item from a previous order and was picking up another one in store. Out of the 3 items from that order I decided to take 1 item. That s 2 items to be refunded + 1 item that I brought to return, the clerk refunded me for 1 item and said the 2 others were cancelled and that I would get a credit from 5 to 7 days. This is the 11th day and after numerous calls, explaining, chatting and emailing still no joy! Be careful when your order and pick up your items, take them with you, leave for 5 mins and then return the items. The clerks will say they cancelled the items and will not give you a receipt for it. Then good luck trying to get a refund. If I ever order again from them, I will make sure I place 1 order per item. There is no other way. Also my refund amounts to 35$ but think twice if your order was 500$ and you tried to get a refund. Nobody cares, nobody really listens, nobody can even bring a solution to this. Be careful with returns in store. Not all clerks are honest.

bought 2 pairs of jeans, super expensive for something so bad. I thought I was the problem but tell me why the next day my jeans didn't fit? idk how that happens but I didn't eat anything and they managed to shrink in the wash. I bought them bigger for the baggy affect, didn't last long because now they're only down to the start of my ankle, which makes them very cool during the winter weather. I really don't like them so I'd recommend buying second hand so you don't have to pay $100+ for something that you'll be disappointed with the next day.

I would give it no stars if I could. I bought my husband a pair of jeans that where to big. I did not have the receipt however all tags were still attached. I figured they could look up my purchase with my C.C nope. I only wanted to do an exchange for correct size. Well that not allowed so I contacted the corporate office and put in a complaint because the girls at the Elizabethtown, Ky store was so rude and unhelpful. I will never shop there again( not that they care) My husband is now stuck with a pair of 50.00 jeans that don’t fit. I had placed an order for the wrong size and when a called back few hours later they said they couldn't change the item and they wouldn't honor the price I paid so I had to pay more if I wanted the correct size. I’ve been shopping at American Eagle for years, but their customer service has really gone downhill. The staff was unhelpful and didn’t seem interested in resolving my issue. No Customer Support for Online Orders - Wrong Item Received
I ordered three shirts in size medium and received two in medium and one in large. When I tried to resolve this, I found there is no phone support. I received an SMS instructing me to start a chat, but no chat option was available. I also sent multiple emails and received no response.
Based on my experience, there is effectively no customer service for online orders in the UAE. The process was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional, and I would not recommend ordering online here.
I have ordered from American Eagle in the US before and found the service there to be far more reliable, even with international shipping.

I saw a sweater I liked on a mannequin.
I asked about it and Michelle was super helpful. She looked around the store and couldn’t find it. So, she took it off the mannequin for me! It fit perfectly and I bought it. Michelle was so friendly, looking around for me. I felt like an important customer which is always a nice feeling!’
