The Wild Wellness Retreat was as good as I hoped for plus more! The balance between activity and relaxation was just right. The food was sourced and prepared locally and was delicious. The team at Adventure Tours UK and the owners of the site evidently put so much effort and thought into creating a truly comfortable, immersive and enlightening experience. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to escape (however temporary) from the hustle and bustle of their busy lives, breathe and reconnect with nature and themselves.

Where do I begin!

The weekend was packed full of enjoyable experiences many that I had not tried before which is exactly why I went! being able to get outdoors with such lovely people who truly share a passion for living free was refreshing. The food was delicious I can say i felt a new man by the end of the weekend. would highly recommend and definitely attending another one in the future.

We could not recommend the services of this company highly enough. Claire was fantastic, organised a great itinerary at extremely short notice and everything went like clockwork our entire trip. We certainly will use them again when returning to the area, which is beautiful.

This was a great way to get everything booked up and ready for us in North Wales without the hassle of doing it ourselves. I dare say one could save a couple of quid DIY - ing it, but this was so much easier, and all the activities were great. Hotels too were excellent, and all the activity instructors were friendly, helpful, and confidence-inspiring... Many thanks especially to Richard, James, Bethan, who looked after us in gorges and on the coast!!

Thank you for an excellent trail running weekend. Really enjoyed exploring a quieter side of Wales, getting off the beaten track with Tim, taking in the amazing views and then stretching it all out at the end with Poppy's yoga. Very well fed with wholesome food using locally sourced ingredients. Left the camp feeling revived and relaxed, with some excellent tips, advice and a training plan to take my trail running to the next level. Thank you!

A superbly organised trip where every need was catered for and considered. Truly feel amazing after what I can only describe as a perfect weekend! The trail running was heavenly, our guide Tim was authentic and knowledgeable and gave so much time to each individuals needs and the runs were in the most beautiful, picturesque locations. The accommodation couldn’t have been better, so cute and comfortable. Lastly, the food was fantastic, presented beautifully and with plenty for everyone! What a superb weekend, can’t wait to do more of this in the stunning North Wales!

Not only did I feel like I got the local experience of Wales, but Claire's expertise and drive to see Wales made me appreciate my trip more than I initially thought I would. Claire was more of a friend than a tour guide, and it made the trip truly special. I also felt that with Claire's discretion I saw some sights in Wales that I would never have stumbled upon.

I had the best experience with Adventure Tours UK! Claire Copeman was our guide and she was knowledgeable, flexible, and eager to give our group a memorable experience at the right speed (which sometimes meant building in downtime—very important on a weeklong trip). I also felt super safe with her throughout, whether we were hiking or boating or she was driving us on windy country roads in the pitch black. I'll be recommending this company to everyone who's interested in visiting Wales!

I echo the other reviews: Adventure Tours UK are fantastic and Claire soon became a friend by the end of the trip! She's a brilliant host and guide. We tried SUP, hiking, canoeing and foraging - the itinerary was brilliantly crafted but flexible too. Would recommend to anyone wanting to see the best of Wales and experience the great outdoors.

I had one of the best experiences of my life with Adventure Tours UK.
It was my very first time to Wales and I was not disappointed.
My tour guide Claire carefully guided me through a non stop 36 hour adventure - from zipwiring in Bethesda to coasteering on the Anglesy coast, to backpacking in Snowdonia, to riverbugging to climbing. An absolute dream trip that wouldn't have been possible without Adventure Tours UK. I am so happy I found this tour company because now I know dreams can come true and to top it off I got to witness a side of Wales and the UK that I didn't even know existed.
