Easily the best food storage containers I've ever used. Perfect for batch cooking/freezing and microwave (lid off). No nasty side clips to break off and flexible top allows a perfect airtight seal. I am still using containers that are over 10 years old!

Excellent product and a good choice. Met all our needs. The only reason for four stars is that they use horrible sticky labels (at least two per item) and to remove the residue is extremely difficult. This is the only reason or only thing I disliked about the entire experience.

After looking for a Cream Wasing Up bowl and Drainer eventually found just what I was looking for with Addis, great! Easy ordering and delivery, very pleased.

Quick delivery, great laundry basket, slim but holds loads, good quality, would recommend.

Purchased an Addis 30L soft close bin from B&M. Worked fine for the first 3 days. Now the bin lid closes half way and has to be pressed by hand to close fully. When emptying the bin the inner bucket handle detached allowing the contents to spill on to the floor. Will be retuning for refund.

I have loads of these at home on walls, bunk bed and hidden inside cupboards - I stick the sticker up for 24 hours before attaching the caddy and they are brilliant. Hold loads, really secure. Fab.

If I could give no stars, I would. Ordered products have not arrived. Contacting Addis has been impossible. When you phone customer service it either drops the call or goes to voicemail with no returned call.
Delivery tracking says delivery attempt was unsuccessful, but nobody has attempted a delivery. I have requested a refund. Let’s see how they deal with that.

Company cant seem to find their own product. Strangely, they dont recognise the product number on the back, and dont seem to answer straightforward questions.

Excellent description of item so I knew what I was getting and therefore no disappointment when it arrived. It was well-packed and came when expected. I'm using it and it is excellent.

Had an issue with a rotary washing line from Addis, I’ve had it 4-5 years so wasn’t expecting much from my dealings with them, but I have received exceptional customer service. I went on the website to find they had a spare parts form, so I sent my request into them. I received a quick response back the next working day and then within 48hrs received the part which has now fixed the washing line to live another day. A superb response by Addis & this will without doubt make me look for the Addis make whenever I am after anything else, thankyou Addis.

I managed to find a replica laundry basket to replace the one I have had for 25 years.
