Please please stay away from this company they are scammers they take your money and don’t sent the product they also trade on Etsy trading standards are now on the case I have bought off both sites and received nothing scammers as I said before trading standards are going to shut them down I will keep you posted

An excellent service, very pleased with my purchase. Very quick delivery and parts are perfect.

Unfortunately I did not do my usual level of research (I was being pressured by my wife) before placing an order for some curtain rails and now regret it. I ordered 3 curtain rails and they arrived in a sturdy cardboard tube and when I opened the tube they were wrapped in bubble wrap. Unfortunately though they were all in one bundle and there was no bubble wrap between the rails so they all had scratches on them where they had rubbed against each other during transport. I tried to ring them to complain, around 30 times over 3 days, and found the line was permanently engaged. It was then I looked at other reviews and found multiple other people with the same problem. Judging by the other reviews emailing would seem to be equally pointless and as my wife was getting desperate to get the curtains up we decided to live with it.
Any online firm with no customer service is definitely one to avoid.

I have not received my order, it’s been two weeks. I have contacted Blinds Parts Direct twice and have had no response.

Having placed an order I read the poor reviews and feared the worst. I must say, however, that the service was excellent and my items arrived pretty much on schedule and in good order.

Items didn't arrive. Had to request refund through PayPal as the seller wasn't responding to emails.

I haven't received the items I've ordered. Whilst I know this is down to the Royal Mail, I have emailed the company twice and had no response to resolve this.

Ordered some end caps for Venetian Blinds to be delivered to Australia but after waiting over a month to receive them they never came.Contacted customer service twice and didn’t give a clear answer of where they were.The tracking of the package doesn’t work either.Ended up getting a refund via PayPal.I wouldn’t try and buy from them again.

I order blind parts on December 10 . I’ve not received the order I’ve email lots off time and rang and nothing no reply no part but they have taken my money do not buy from this company fuming 😡

Order placed 16/01/26. Have not received goods yet!!! Once I receive my order I will certainly let you know about my experience.
