Bought a gorgeous pair of red frames in Tottenham Court Road store. Salesperson promised to email me so I could swap display pair of Pablo frames for factory fresh pair - never got back to me. Second worse problem - within 3 weeks of having lenses fitted one of the arms fell off! This doesn't even happen with Poundland specs - which leads me to suspect that the frame designs are adventurous and amazing, but the build quality is sloppy! Verdict - look nice, but not very durable. Pity, as I'd love to give them 4 or 5 :(

Suite à l'achat d'audio prothèses je n'ai eu assez de suivi.
J'ai vu l'audio prothésiste deux à trois fois après l'achat, seulement.
A mon sens j'estime qu'avec un tel investissement le conseil post-achat, réglage et autres, est indispensable et doit se faire dans le temps, à échéances.
Sans suivi, je regrette cet achat

I tried contacting Acuitis to see if I could get a replacement part for the arm on my glasses. Left a message on their phone number and emailed via their system. 10 days later no response-very poor customer service. Hope they see this comment and do something about it but not optimistic.

Prothèses auditives:
Bon accueil toujours aimable par contre gros problème de fiabilité 5 interventions dont un retour à l'usine.
Apparemment ce type de matériel ne supporte pas la transpiration.
Pannes cet été, 12 jours à Bali et repane.
Ai je un modèle spécial pays froids ?
Je lai l'ai pourtant acheté à st Laurent du var

Les rendez-vous sont pris mais avec une marge. Aussi ne rien prévoir d’autre. L’accueil a la boutique Ternes pas du tout agréable. Je devais renouveler mon contrat d’entretien et bien ce sera pas chez Acuitis

Staff and operation is good but the quality of product is something I was not expecting to be that low. I’ve been a glasses person since last 20 years but never have I came across the instance wherein the plastic layer of the frame coming out from the nose( the place which cannot be claim to have fought handling) and that too it’s not been an year since the purchase. Frame has started falling off my nose the moment I move my head down. Most uncomfortable and low quality frame ever came across.

Best experience at an opticians in my many years of wearing glasses! I walked in after breaking my glasses (from another shop) and was immediately squeezed into the sight test schedule, and had my order placed under half an hour! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff (big thank you to Rachel for all her kindness and help!). Would definitely recommend this branch :)

Très mauvaise expérience : après avoir laissé mes appareils auditifs à nettoyer, j’en récupère un dont le revêtement est cassé, avec un trou dedans !! La personne en charge du travail a cherché toutes les raisons pour ne surtout pas s’excuser !
Il y a quand même un de ses collègues qui m’a proposer de montrer cet appareil à un audio-prothésiste « pour voir ce qu’on pourrait faire » !
Autant vous dire que je n’y suis surtout pas retournée et que je n’y retournerai jamais !!!

Made an appointment for earwax microsuction October 16 before leaving for a month in america. Was told to use eardrops 10 days before return to the uk and given another appointment 21 November before my next american trip on 28 November. This was cancelled the same day and re-scheduled for 26 November. This was also cancelled the same day and told rescheduling before 28 impossible. So six weeks of being messed about and no solution to the hearing problem.

I went to the MK branch on a whim. Brilliant service and lovely staff. No hard sell on the glasses. Made me really feel at ease. Highly recommended.

Great range of glasses and designs. The branch in Milton Keynes stands above the nearby competition, with assistants available when needed and without a hard sell nor invading your time and space. Surprise yourself and go in! We did, and following a fabulous experience, made a purchase. Special mention for Megan who is excellent, loves her job, and made us extremely satisfied customers.

A couple of days ago I bought a hearing aids Widex Evoke 440 from Acuitis- in Tottenham Court road, London.
I was very impressed by the high quality of the check up of my hearing which took over an hour. The audiologist suggested that I try a couple of hearing aids to see what best suits me.
I chose Evoke 440 as it"s the latest technology and the hearing is more natural than Evoke Unique hearing aids.

There was no pressure to convince me what to buy, or to buy at all. The service by Agnes and Atish the audiologists was very professional and kind.
I also got a discount as I bought my lenses for my glasses in the same place. Overall, lovely and professional service.

La réception du personnel envers le client est d'un savoir faire idéal.
Pour les essais, les explications tous sont très professionnels.
Quant aux matériels achetés neufs défectueux ça ! C'est un peu difficile à accepter. Toujours en attente de vérification. (Prothèses auditives)
