This company practice how to make your life miserable! First on tracker my package was in Larissa sitting 7 days. Then when we called them to check uo what is happening why no one delivers it, they fliped us from one office to another , both saying the same thing that they are not the ones responsible. When my husband got angry and determined towards them and say the value of package is around 2000 euros then they changed story and say that package never came to Larisa and they need to investigate where is it and they will call us back. Then after no one called us for 48 hours , we again made call and they said our package is lost and when they find the package they will call us. After 24 hours we gor message that our package will be delivered to us today between 12-14 o clock. No one came. We called again and woman told
Us that delivery guy couldn’t find address on package in navigation app . So he claimed as unknown address and we need to come for our package ourself Monday . So why the hell my mother payed extra 20 euros fast delivery to a house door ? Its just unbelievable how this is passing. So no one cares ? They do what ever they want. So many bad reviews and still they are not fixing their customer service. So low and disgraceful! Shame on you all !

I received a message that my parcel could not be delivered because I was absent at the exact time that I was home waiting for my package. They told me that the driver called me when there was no call registered on my phone. They told me to call the central offices who hang up on me after 10 minutes waiting.
Abominable service and would hope people/companies avoid paying them money to do something they don't do. As a previous reviewer said, they should shut down!!!!

My parcel of more than 30 kg and a value of more than eu 600 was without my knowlege in the hands of a near fuel station for ten days. After that I got a call from the driver demanding me to pick it up. Normally with other couriers the can bring it to my doorstep.

Very bad service, they dont even call you to bring your items sending messages that they couldnt find you.

I receive large packages containing food and litter for my cats once a month from abroad. However, the delivery process with ACS Courier turns a simple delivery into a nightmare. Almost never have they managed to deliver a package without causing a problem.

Yesterday, for example, I received a message that my package would be delivered between 7 and 9 PM. I waited, but the package never arrived. Check Tracking Number 3833071863. On other occasions, I wait for the package to be delivered only to suddenly receive a message saying I was not home and the delivery was not completed, even though I was home and waiting.

I have made numerous complaints, but I have never received a response. Therefore, I believe the only solution is for this company to shut down so it stops deceiving its customers.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS 0 STARS I WOULD. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with these types of things and I hope someone from there reads this review. They literally kept me waiting for so many days and I called them and they literally told me to wait cuz it’s still on their basement. It was supposed to arrive TODAY. It had a limit from 29th to 31th to arrive and it’s 31th of July and it hasn’t arrived yet because it’s still on their basement. I need my package today and they’re making me wait way more than the limit and it’s making me lose it. I’ve waited and waited and now I’ve finally lost it. I want my package and I don’t have it. I’m so sorry for saying this but I’m extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with ur services.

Worst "Courier"-service in the world. Just accepted reality by everyone on the island of Corfu that these useless and incompetent swindlers just never actually deliver the packages and just without any notification expect you to go and pick up the packages yourself. Packages are publicly stored in little cages on a main street in 40 degree Celsius boiling heat. This is the opposite of a postal/courier service. It's a poorly managed storage service with unfriendly and incompetent staff.

Another useless courier company in Cyprus that cannot comprehend that when the delivery has a date and time of delivery,it should be delivered that specific day ,I ordered something from the internet for my wife's birthday and the due day for delivery was passed for a couple of days ,I was empty handed for my wife's birthday,thanks to acs courier ,if you cannot reach to deliver ,sell kebabs and try your luck if you are good for it

I am referring to the branch in Corfu Town GR, its a courier company that just wont deliver, you just have to go by your self drive approx 40min outside the town center and stand in a long queue under the hot summer sun to pick up your order *which of course have paid to be delivered to you.. 6 Days and counting till I get my order

I cannot believe how quickly professionally and efficiently ACS courier handled our shipment back to the US. Also, they are the nicest people you ever want to meet

Xristina Nanadaki in Chania main ACS office made a miracle happen and got my e book /kindle back from Lost and Found at Athens airport .With the help of ACS courier Alexandros they went beyond ordinary duty after 2 attempts got the right e book delivered to Chania .Xristina Nanadaki was wonderful and kept me informed .Congratulations ACS for a magnificent job!Well done and Thankyou !5 stars

Useless company, useless drivers. Unorganised and don't know where packages are. My 1200 euro laptop is kept in their delivery vans over night and the courier is driving it around the city over 3 days for no reason. When i tell them i want to come pick it up myself they take 3 days just to take it to one of their useless shops. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Drivers are unable to read map and find addresses, that Cyprus post or DHL has no troubles finding. They are also not smart enough to use phone and call when they are lost. This service is excellent if you want to stay at home all day long waiting for a parcel that never arrives.

We were waiting for a package from Germany, delivered by DPD. They gave it to ACS Mykonos, what we didn't know. when we found out, ACS had sent it back to Germany after storing it 4 weeks (!!!!) in their shop without delivery to our address. When we asked ACS Service, they told us: We don't deliver to an address, when there is no phone number on the package!

Made us go from 1 location to the other just to get our package in the end before we could get to the supposed "final" one, they closed. Havent gotten our package so far and its been a month since the initial announcement that we could go and pick it up.

Easily the worst company I have ever come across (not just in the courier industry). Completely unreliable. Employees are trained in one thing only: how to cover up inefficiencies, often by outright lying and often in an unexpectedly rude way. They routinely make my 80-year-old father collect parcels from their far-away store, threatening that if he does not do it himself, "nobody knows when they will be delivered". They also cheat the system by registering transactions that have not taken place. More than once they register an order as "delivered", when it was not (probably because the company/DHL originally sending the item had set deadlines). Of course, this falls under the Greek criminal code. But still they didn't care! When pointed out to them, they responded: "sue us". In short, use ANYONE else: yes, they are better. And unless you absolutely have to buy from a shop that uses ACS, do not buy from them. I know a lot of people who first check that the delivery is not via ACS and then buy. I wish I had known that sooner.

Not only have they lost my package and they didn't even try to refund me or try to find it, but they stopped replying to my phone calls, and now they don't even pick up.
Try to avoid ACS at all costs!!

Dangerous Encounter with ACS Courier Driver
On the 31st of May 2024, I experienced an alarming incident involving an ACS Courier driver near the Saint Nicolas roundabout in Limassol. I was waiting to cross the road with my mountain bike opposite the local ACS Courier office. When it appeared safe to cross, an ACS Courier driver suddenly appeared out of nowhere at high speed, nearly knocking me off my bike. It was clear the driver was not paying attention to the road, as he was operating his vehicle while distracted by his mobile phone.

Shaken by the near miss, I entered the local ACS Courier office to report the incident. Unfortunately, my experience inside the office was just as distressing. The staff initially ignored me, perhaps assuming I wasn't Cypriot because I spoke in English. They were unhelpful and reluctant to provide an email address to formally report the matter. It was only after I insisted and explained the seriousness of the situation that they reluctantly provided the necessary information, seemingly motivated by the fear of facing repercussions themselves.

The behavior of the ACS Courier driver and the staff's initial indifference are deeply concerning. It highlights a significant issue with the company's approach to safety and customer service. I have since reported this dangerous driving incident to the police, supported by witness statements and video evidence from the cameras on my bike.

This experience has left me wary of ACS Courier services. Such reckless behavior on the road and poor handling of customer concerns in their office is unacceptable. For anyone using their services, I urge you to exercise caution and be vigilant of their drivers. Safety should always be a top priority, and companies like ACS Courier must be held accountable for their employees' actions.
