Exception service. I use Coombes for delivery of my raw frozen dog food and other bits. I ordered a bag of 12kg dog food this morning and it's just arrived. Super friendly staff, great selection. Superior service. Thanks for always being so helpful.

Coombs is a great pet store, both sites, Hove and Brighton, have a huge range for all pets, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I especially like the delivery option, saves a journey.

Simple friendly ordering and delivery
Every three weeks my order for frozen raw food for my dog is automatically fulfilled and arrives with a smile (or a friendly phone call to alert me to my doorstep delivery) - simple ordering and delivery!

First time ordering and won't be my last
First time ordering a prescription ever and I choose A coombs from their reviews on trust pilot. I submitted the prescription online, I then called the store to check on delivery time, I spoke to a lovely helpful man who said about 2 days, that was Tuesday, order was delivered today (Thursday), as promised. My dog is on long term medication and I won't hesitate to use this company from now on. Many thanks 😊

We bought a Pet Corrector spray from this company. It was very quickly delivered and came with useful instructions on how to use it correctly for best results. We have tried it on our young cat that scratches all our carpets at doors , if the door is closed. It has definitely helped.

Stumbled across this pet store by chance, after trawling the Internet trying to find good quality cat food which didn't involve me bulk buying food that my fussy senior cat potentially wouldn't eat. Ordered on Thursday night and received items by Saturday afternoon. The team added a lovely freebie (which my cat actually did eat!) Great service, will definitely use again! (Verdict is still out on his other food!) Thank you 😊

We have had dogs now for 58 years and have two now so we have tried a lot of suppliers over time we started using a coombs in early 2025 and find them excellent in every respect delivers to us in fareham the day following placing the order well done acoombs
