En mi empresa necesitábamos una traducción bastante extensa y rápido. Escribí a varias empresas que encontré por internet y desde ubiqus me contestaron muy rápido y resolvieron todo de manera impecable. Me ofrecieron una opción más económica también. Sin duda va a ser la empresa a la que acudiré siempre que necesite una traducción.

We have used Ubiqus for years
We have used Ubiqus, or what they used to be called Verbal Ink, for a long time, at least 5 years. Their transcription service itself is good, but more expensive than competitors. Their billing process isn't very good as of lately, like the past 6-9 months. It is difficult to get an invoice or to even pay it without some difficulty. I think they lost a lot of people and that's tough, but it shouldn't impact the customer.
