placed two orders in December, the only time I've used Achica, have received nothing, although money came out my card immediately, now been told all items are out of stock, only after I emailed them, so all paid almost 200 HUNDRED pounds almost 8 weeks ago between 2 orders with nothing to show for it, I want further answers as to how they can take my money and all this time later tell me I am not going to get the items I paid for. want o take this further, trading standards should be my first action that I take.

Terrible customer service
Shopped many times with little/ no problem but last time ordered 4 items as Xmas presents. 3 weeks after they Were showing as dispatched, and several unanswered emails (as you cant actually call and speak to anyone!) They Finally admitted the items were 'probably lost' and agreed to refund, By which time Theyd had my money for about 6weeks! Absolutely shocking customer service

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order. I can understand the disappointment this may have caused, especially when you have waited some time for your order to arrive.
I have looked into this and I can see that your order was dispatched with Hermes on 24/11/17. Once this has been dispatched with the couriers, we are unable to track every order, however when we are advised that this has not arrived, we will then chase this with the couriers.
Sadly on this occasion, Hermes have advised that they are unable to locate the package and have then had to confirm that this was Lost In Transit. This is when we have processed your refund on the same day.
Again, I am very sorry that the delivery was not successful, we hope that you will give us a chance to better serve you in the future.

Sadly as we send the order of goods to our suppliers who then fulfil the order and dispatch the items, we are unable to give specific delivery dates, are dates are estimated dates only.

Horrendous customer service
They won’t phone you if you have a query. Really slow to respond, no matter how many times you request.
Staggered goods, at times they completely forget to deliver goods.
I’ve spent thousands but still they refuse to phone me. Seriously considering never to order again!!

I am very sorry to hear that you have had a poor experience with Achica over recent times. This certainly wasn't our intention.
Sadly we are unable to provide a call to every customer regarding their query as we are an email based response team. However we are looking into the possibility of introducing an inbound telephone service in the future.
I am pleased to advise that overall it is only a small number of parcels that experience a delay in receiving their goods.
