Even though the policy is not one of AAFMAA's, Amy is leading the charge to help us understand this ancient policy (currently in the AAFMAA vaults) so we can make an informed decision. Megan Perry was an EXCELLENT customer service rep. FIRST let me say it was a pleasure to just have someone answer the phone that I didn't have to squinch to understand their dialect. Nothing against other ethnicities (folk are blessed to be employed...I get it, but sometimes it's a real struggle to understand) I could "see" her smile through the phone. I so enjoyed our conversation and her complete help and guidance in assisting me on understanding the process of withdrawing a loan off my whole life policy. She was honest in saying she didn't have the expertise on a question I asked her but once she completed her side of the coin, she would transfer me to the correct department. She stayed with me while I was on hold, (quote a few minutes), later coming back in saying it was just too long a wait, and she would send that department an email to reach out to me. Now that is what I am talking about in wonderful CS. She rocked!

Megan Penry helped me fix some issues with my FIR salary history. This should be a simple task; however, there was a technology glitch that wouldn't let Megan's changes stick. She worked with here tech support team, kept me in the loop, and got everything done correctly. Great customer service

Absolutely horrible service, my husband recently passed and I have sent in information. I have not received a status or a phone call and it’s been almost 2 months since he has passed. They received the certificate but I still see they are charging my husbands account for monthly payments. Wouldn’t recommend.
