Straightforward, especially when shopping around the process was stressful

Carl Vickers was awesome answered all my questions and gave our family great information and took the best care of us! I spoke to Carl a year ago and reached out again yesterday when ready to get coverage he remembered us took care of everything and we had coverage in less than one day with a great rate couldn’t be happier!

I sent an email yesterday afternoon requesting AAFMAA update my account with the new information I provided them.

Saved me from making a big mistake

AFMA (Megan) called me to ask if I wanted my original documents returned to me, because AFMA has digitized them and no longer needs them. Upon learning that I did want them back, she arranged for them to be shipped to me via FedEx. Her conversation was clear, concise, unrushed, professional, friendly and respectful. The documents arrived in 3 days in perfect condition.

Experience was seamless, efficient and top-notch! As always.

I asked for a copy of my spouse's birth certificate which I had put in the AAFMAA vault 50 years ago. Megan had it sent to my wife within 2 hours of opening Monday morning. Much quicker than my State's Vital Records section that would have cost $12 and an in-person visit. Great service. Good people.
