I recently contacted Armed Forces Mutual with questions about my father’s documents and had the good fortune to work with Megan Penry, ALMI®, Senior Member Benefits Coordinator.

Megan was knowledgeable, patient, and exceptionally helpful. She took the time to walk through my questions carefully and made sure I understood exactly what was needed. Managing documents for a 97-year-old parent can sometimes be complicated, but Megan handled everything with professionalism and clarity.

It’s rare these days to encounter customer service that is both efficient and genuinely attentive. Megan provided both, and I’m very grateful for her assistance.

I have been a member of AAFMAA/AFM since the early 1960s and I have been very pleased with all of my personnel contacts over the years but Ms. Marotto takes the cake. She has answered all my questions promptly and gone beyond that has sent literature that answers many questions before I ask them.
