Wish we had seen the reviews before ordering. My partner ordered an ornament on 14th June for his mums birthday it said delivery would be 1-2 working days. We are now on the 20th and still haven't received item or even an email confirming it has been dispatched,holding no hope of it being delivered. AVOID. Will be contacting trading standards as there seems to be lots of people not receiving items from this company!

Ordered a board game on 7th June, bare in mind I am aware they usually have a 5-7 working day lead time but this is usually on the product listing. It is not on the listing I did email and someone said it was to be dispatched no later than 18th June they were lying.
I pointed out we are going away for a few days next week. I tried ringing them their Facebook page includes a number but it just gets auto-cut off every time.
I have emailed them again and I have sent a message via messenger to them.

What happened to this company a few years ago they were good, but now they are crap.
I just want a refund and will never use this company again, I don't believe anything they say now.

EDIT: 26th June 2024 still waiting ffs, I have emailed, sent them another messenger message, tried ringing the number that appears next to their name here on Trustpilot and left a VM, how many F&ck**ng times do I need to send a message to request a refund.
Its been nearly a month, just want a refund asap since this company is clearly incompetent!!

First part of order shipped out, 10th June) no problem. Second part of order has not been shipped despite the website saying dispatch between 5-7 working days. I waited for this time to pass before emailing. No response yet, and I've been checking my emails a few times today including my junk folder. Nothing yet, hoping they don't just take my money and never ship the second item. Please let me know what's happening with the second part of my order please!

Edit: (20th June) They have now responded to my email and have said that the second part of my order will be shipped out soon as possible. No information of when that is though, no timescale provided.

Edit 2: (25the June) They have responded to a second email and have still not clarified a time scale despite me asking for an ETA but have assured me 'soon' and have upgraded me to next day delivery. I'm assuming I may be waiting months. Might ask for a full refund as I don't want to be waiting indefinitely, will wait another week before asking for a full refund for the second item.

Unfortunately the other reviewers are correct, they used to be an OK company but are now running what looks suspiciously like a scam, taking money with no product.

Ordered a product on the 7th of June for Father’s Day on the 16th, when it still had not been despatched on the 17th I emailed and it turns out they had taken my money however the item was out of stock so they would not be sending it. It was nice of them to wait until after Father’s Day to tell me this, disappointed to say the least and will not be using this company again. If they had the decency to let me know when I ordered and immediately refund me, I could have ordered something else in time for Father's day.

Customer service terrible only method to contact them is email and they just ignore them used to be a top company

Ordered a game nearly 2 weeks ago and it still haven’t even been dispatched! I’ve sent numerous emails but they can’t be bothered to reply back. Had to order the game elsewhere as it was for a birthday present. Never had this problem with any other gaming retailer.

Steer CLEAR - they take your MONEY and then 48hrs later the ITEM IS OUTTA STOCK - and then told your refunds been sent to accounts . Who email you saying wait another 48hours . Liars thieves reported to trading standards.

Ordered some expansions for a game on the 2nd of May, paid quite a bit of money and payment was taken straight away.

Had no update after 9 days, and so I messaged the social media page as well as emailing customer support. I got a response within a day apologising for the delay, and promising the stock was due in to their warehouse on the 15th of May and that, once it was, it would be sent out with upgraded, next day delivery.

On the 19th, I had still not had a dispatch note, nor received my order. Messaged again to be given another apology, and another estimated dispatch date.

It's now the 29th of May, I've still had nothing nearly a month after paying and a fortnight after being promised next day delivery.

Company seems unable to meet orders and quick to make excuses and false promises.

Last communication was yesterday, with more excuses and no clearer idea when the item might ship. I'm not after a refund, I want the items I paid for and have been waiting 27 days for.

Truly dreadful service. Please don't be fooled by low prices, this company shouldn't be allowed to continue trading.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience ordering from 365 Games. Their website provided no information about typical order lead times, so I assumed a standard 3-5 working day turnaround. However, after 14 working days had passed, my order still had not shipped.

When I reached out to their customer service, it took a full 24 hours for them to respond with a vague excuse that the item was being transferred from another warehouse. They claimed it would be shipped "soon," but gave no firm timeline.

Another 7 working days went by with no update on my order, so I had to follow up again. This time, the customer service rep claimed the "product manager" said my order would ship by the end of the month.

I am beyond frustrated by the complete lack of transparency and poor communication from 365 Games. They have failed to provide any reliable information about when I can expect to receive the product I paid for over a month ago. At this point, I have asked for a refund, but I'm not optimistic they will follow through in a timely manner.

Ordering from 365 Games has been an absolute nightmare. Their fulfillment capabilities are extremely poor, and their customer service is unresponsive. I would strongly discourage anyone from placing orders with this company unless they are willing to potentially wait indefinitely for their items, with little to no communication from 365 Games. There are so many other reliable online retailers out there - save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Ordered birthday present for my daughter with 2-3 days delivery. Over a week later it is still not shipped and it's her birthday tomorrow. No response to email yesterday so wrote today to cancel. 365games are you reading this? You should know that I won't give up asking for a refund no matter how long it takes so it's simplest for you if you just process the refund. I will also delete this comment if you do.

Ordered a game and received an order number. The game is now 5 days past estimated delivery date. I emailed the company 3 days ago and received no response.

Worst company to deal with... Staff are few sandwiches short of a picnic, to the point the just repeat the same garbage even after chasing orders for a week.... Not sure why after a week of delays no one has gone to actually check physical stock levels rather than tell customers for 7 days straight my order is being dispatched.... Useless and should be put in a box as a company...

Ordered a game on the 23/04 and never received any tracking info. Emailed a few days later and was told it would be shipped on the 06/05 as it needed to arrive at there site, as it’s states on there website, only it didn’t state this so I got refunded £1.99 for my postage. Now on the 09/05 and still haven’t received what’s I’ve ordered only to be told it’s going to be a few more days, no exact timeframe.
Requested a refund and now not replying to my email.
Shouldn’t just bought it on Amazon….

Absolute Joke of a company. Made an order on 25th of March and till this day ( 6th of may) have not even received any correspondence whatsoever. It is only by chance that I happened to log into my account today and realised that the order has not been fulfilled.
Be warned this company will take your money and NOT fulfill orders and then not contact you at all. Pure robbery. Stay away from this company.

Well packaged Scalextric car, dispatched and arrived promptly. Have used this supplier in the past for other items and would do so again in the future.

I have ordered a board game with delivery in 2-3 days. After 4 days I have messaged customer service and they answered that it is not available in stock and I need to wait another 10 day. 11 days have passed and I still didn’t get any update. They are not meeting their deadlines and offer poor customer service.
