I would like to rate this platform with 5 stars.It is a wonderful platform to learn echo as well as sonography..Before joing this class i didnot knew much about echo and ultrasonography but after completing echo master class and bacholar abdominal ultrasound class,i am able to diagnose many life threatening emergencies..

Point of care ultrasound is becoming an important part of every clinical descipline. For me as an internist and family physician it has become a routine part of the physical examination. Thomas Binder and his colleagues at 123sonography offer a great course on basic echocardiography, the echo basic course. It is both a pleasure and a privilage to learn from such great mentors. Two weeks ago my dream came true and i saved the life of a patient using the techniques i learned from Thomas and his colleagues. A man was admitted to my department due to fever and confusion. As part of the routine physical exam i performed an echo. My eyes almost popped out from their place when i saw he had a giant vegitation on his mitral valve oscillating freely between atrium and ventricle. One day later this patient was transferred to the cardiac surgery department and within 48 hours of my diagnosis he underwent mitral valve replacement.Today he returned to my department for antibiotic therapy. Thank you Thomas and thanks to all the wonderful people at 123sonography. I love you.

Ich bin von Anfang an begeistert. Obwohl ich seit 2 Jahren an einem herzchirurgischen Zentrum tätig bin und täglich mit Echokardiographie zu tun habe, lerne ich bei jedem Chapter / Webinar etwas neues dazu.
Alleine durch die unterschiedliche Herangehensweise und Tipps, die ich dann in meine Routine einüben kann.

Soy Cardiólogo y tengo 30 años de entrenamiento y hacer ecocardiografía y lleve el excelente curso de 123 Sonography después de haber recibido neurocirugía del cuello por Estenosis cervical. Quedé con hemiparálisis de lado izquierda que me inutilizó mi mano izquierda ( Síndrome de Brown-Sequard ), con la cual he hecho la Ecocardiografía ya que fuí entrenado en el Ins. Nac. de Cardiología de México y en avrios Centros Universitarios en Estados Unidos. Al regresar a hacer Ecocardiografía transTorácica a mi clínica, no pude acoplarme a hacerlos con la mano derecha como enseña el curso, me provocaba mucho dolor al inclinarme un tantito sobre la espalda de los ptes, además de que por mi problema neurológico, no entía el transductor; de tal manera que he colocado en 4 años que cumplo de operado, a los pacientes en decúbito lateral izquierdo y hago el Echo con la mano derecha con el paciente acostado a mi izquierda, con una asistente técnica que me ayuda con los botones y con footswitch para congelar las imágenes. De esta manera he realizado mas de 1,800 Echos de la mas diversa índole, con éxito. Creo que soy el único Ecocardiografista que hace los estudios de esta manera, talvez en el mundo. Siempre llevo los casos de 123 sonsography, que me ha dado mas y mas experiencia. Mil Gracias.

As an medical professional who has used Echocardiography in Intensive Care and Anaesthesia for around 12 years and having completed training with recognised qualifications, I have found that 123 Sonography has a comprehensive and flexible teaching which appeals to users of all levels. The teaching is well delivered and seems to dovetail with individual needs very well. To me It is one of the stand out sites for Echo learning especially useful for experienced users who want to keep learning and improving.

I was a sonographer for mere few years before I joined pharmaceutical company. Recently I made a decision to go back to Echo.
The sad thing is; I have never been trained properly from the very first beginning by my ex boss, who is a famous cardiologist. I also found out that I have forgotten so many things, and my skills with the probe is also rusty. Sad case really.
I'm so glad to find this website, which I have been using for a while. Not only Dr. Binder is so helpful with sorting out the delay of the masterclass after I purchased it; he has also been following up with me closely with my study. I admit that i still struggle with Echo, but I believe that with practice, I'll get better everyday.
I wish Dr. Binder lives where I lives now; I will love to have the chance to be his student. Purchase this class, regardless you are an expert or a beginner. There is always a room for improvement!

Easy to learn , beautiful images and loops, essential notions .
Addictive courses and chapters, I can say.The office support is also exceptional .Eaven don't give an effective Diploma of Competence but increase the knowledges and interest in echocardiography.
Is a good start and also a recapitulation for anyone who like e-learning,

I work in a rural area in Africa. After looking unsuccessfully for someone to teach me echo I bought a book. Thereafter I sneaked aroung in the internet to some free sites and ended up in youtube. The material that I got was not enough to start through with echocardiography. I watched a few 123 videos on youtube and was very fascinated. It took me a further few weeks to get ready to pay for something in the internet. Usually I thought that everything in the internet should be for free. So I paid. Now I finished almost half of the course in 30 days. I can not stop watching the videos and reading the summaries during the day. Whenever I have got time in the early morning or the late night I plug my earphones in and watch the videos. It it like a nice crime story. I am almost a bit sad that it will end one day ! During the day I collect patients in casualty for echo and even all of my colleagues refer to me as there is no one easily available to perform echos besides me. My learning curve is steep!

My advice: sneak a bit around ...... and then go for it ! You will not regret it !

Great course to attend, it really teaches you echocardiography. Plenty of images and learning possibilities, Great teachers, excellent Customer Service.
What else would we expect ?

By learning through project 123sonography I made my first steps in echocardiography, prof. Binder and his colleagues have held my attention from the first to the last lesson, making me love echocardiography even more because they broke my preconceptions about it, how it's very difficult diagnostic technique.
I'm sure that echo will become an irreplaceable tool in my daily clinical work. From the projects of 123sonography I have learned how important it is to find the right way to convey knowledge to as many people. As doctors we are not only obliged to treat good, but also to pass our knowledge further.

I have looked at many options, each and everyone was many fold more expensive than the 123 sonography course. Although I have just started the course, I can say without any reservation this is the "bang for your buck". You will get the most from your investment and will learn at your pace, when and where you want to learn.
I recommend this course without ANY reservations.

I learned more in this short web class than a month in a classroom with IAMP, very easy to understand, I love that I can go back to see the images as many times as I need until my eyes get familiar with normal and abnormal cases, I strongly recommend this lessons to everybody.

This is the only question that comes to my mind everytime i finish one kit...as to why would anybody do anything just for no reason. 123 just reaffirms that knowledge has its importance only when shared....mere thanks would be an insult to their effort. its just wonderful even to think that an entire team putting in everything they have for anybody who is willing to learn. hats off to this great effort..
