Knowledge, pass it forward!
After years of self education in echocardiography, I have found in 123 Sonography led by Dr. Thomas Binder, a real gem.
He and his team have made available worldwide an outstanding, comprehensive and in depth educational material in echocardiography second to none.
I have completed a while ago his Master Class and have remained in contact through his well sought after webinairs covering interesting topics in applied echocardiography.
As a way of showing my collegiality and support, I have signed and maintained a Premium Membership, a rather inexpensive contribution in exchange for outstanding knowledge and education they generate and make accessible to the world.
While I consider myself somehow experienced in echocardiography (both TTE and TEE), I continue to gain gain further knowledge and experience thanks to Dr. Binder and his group. I look forward to engage in the forthcoming TEE master class: predictably another outstanding educational product!

I've started 2 courses 2 weeks ago, the abdominal us and bachelor echocardiography. In spite of not having the english language very much, I enjoy the course. This is what I've looked for.

The video-lectures in the abdominal ultrasound are really excellent, very professional, clear, easy to understand and to learn in a comfortable way. I joined the echo master class. Prof. Thomas simplifies facts and explains where they stem from. I managed to understand a lot of confusing and puzzling facts. Videos are so informative yet concise. I am glad I joined and can't wait to get my diploma.

Systematized, structured and easy to comprehend approach to study echocardioscopy or abdominal sonography. None of live courses gives you the opportunity to study on the time and at the place you choose or repeat any topic as many times as you need to truly embrace that knowledge.
To me personally was extremely precious to realise how exactly to hold a transducer to get the image on the screen - in the course it is explained, shown and given with tips and tricks you have no chance to not undestand.
Brilliant idea of online education and awesome perfomance!

The echo course by Thomas Binder offers an easy step-by-step approach to rapidly acquire comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in echocardiography. Moreover, the accompanying echo atlas with many thousand cases allows to deepen´s one´s knowledge and also to get in touch with rare cases. I did the course when I started my specialization in cardiology and was fascinated from day 1. I can greatly recommend 123sonography to everyone who is interested in echocardiography, beginners as well as those who want to refresh their echo skills or just stay up-to-date.

Learning echo is fascinating, but also lengthy and tricky. In real life, getting feedback on echos, asking questions on technique, learning well what Hypokinetic or Akinetic looks like, what a good global ventricular function is, what low and what middle is.. takes time and examples. No one can be available all the time, but 123sono actuall is! When one ist sitll unsure about getting optimal images, the course data base and instruction videos are irreplaceable. By watching and doing, imitating, confidence rises. Additionally, one gets the big picture as well as rare unusual detail (Mahan, Nagueh, McConnel). It is really a big untertaking so the only suggestions I have are to finish the eBook including TEE chapters, offer a Forum for questions and answers and an errata.

All lessons a very interesting and well explained and you don't have to read many books to know echo, becouse everything you find here on 123sonography.com. All the information presented is according the last international echo guidelines. I kindly recommand the team of 123sonography fo improving your echo skills!
