In its Masterclass you will find a well-structured course with an awesome teaching method, easy to understand and very fun, covering all the aspects that you could need to learn, and using incredible videos, amazing cases, a huge case atlas, webinars, games, quizs, a blog, facebook posts,... it seems endless.
It has greatly improved my knowledge and skills in echocardiography and definetely it changed my daily practice.
Even it was very helpful to pass the transthoracic echocardiography certification exam.

I am an ARDMS registered echo and vascular technologist. I highly reccomend the 123 sonography master class to anyone seeking a better understanding of echocardiography,whether you are a registered technologist or not. I was cross trained in echo. However, because I did not attend school for echo, I felt the lack of true understanding that a formal education gives you. I became aware of 123 sonography through YouTube videos that I used to study pathology for the registry. What I observed in the videos was a team of people truly attempting to educate and empower cardiac sonographers with the tools and understanding needed to not only benefit patients, but build confidence and skills in the technologist as well. I returned as a registered technologist to the master class for that reason. Thank you Thomas Binder and all those involved with 123sonography for allowing me the opportunity to expand on my experience and continue to grow!

Masterclass is so organized, clear and detailed that I have no problem watching it frequently! Dr Binder's energy, interest in the subject and expertise make the course enjoyable. He clearly does the best I have ever seen in attempting to get others (physicians, sonographers) to truly understand echocardiography. I do not trust many echo reports I see; hopefully, with better teaching and guidance of the high quality that Masterclass embodies, we can all get better at pinpointing patients' heart problems. This course should probably be a requisite in fellowship training programs. I highly recommend this course to all cardiologists, even those in practice for many years, to refresh and learn about new developments and guidelines.

The way you simplify and condense heavy bulk of knowledge into specifics; readily digestible and processed for the human mind's consumption regardless of one's level of expertise is simply amazing. It is the most worthwhile course that I have attended since I qualified as a cardiologist 16 years ago. In my opinion it beats any live course hands down because you can do the course in the comfort of your own home and at your own pace. I recommend this course without reservation to all cardiologists and sonographers.

I have bought echocardiography books and apps in an attempt to learn this skill. However, the best value for money for me has been the echo Master class. I was hesitant at first as it is pricey in my currency ( South African Rands) but I have got my money back in full through the excellent lessons, atlas of cases, practical tips that no one else has showed me, bonus course material, and finally webinars. The master lass delivers its promises. If you need to learn echocardiography and don't have anyone to teach you, this is for you.

I am currently attending the masterclass, I found it a bit pricy when signing up, but have been very positively surprised by the quality and amount of content. I really enjoy the interactive Webinars. This course is excellent for both beginners and intermediate echocardiographers, and in a busy life, it's just fantastic to be able to participate in a course from your own home.

The only negative thing I can say about the course (which is really not that important), is the amount of e-mails sent encouraging you to join the masterclass - i.e. spend money, I think they should really consider adjusting their marketing strategy. Even after joining the masterclass they kept sending me e-mail encouraging me to join!

From basics to advanced information,from technical details to newer advances it keeps me well informed and keeps me growing professionally!

Well-structured presentations, with useful tips and tricks for your everyday practice, step-by-step learning experience especially for the beginners!

These classes are very helpful and so are the facebook posts. The instruction is great - they go from showing you clips to patient positioning and probe placement so that you know exactly what to do. Also, there are tons of pathologies that you would not see working at one place, esp a small town hospital. I am using this class as a newbie to echo and also have a friend who is using it as a refresher course bc it's been a while since he has done Echo. We both love it!

its amazing course............wid superbbbbbbbb images n videos n cases...............i will say that i was missing a gr8888 thing in echo before this n echo is easy n handy n everything in reflexes after this n that every single words matters here..............cheersssssss to team n gr8888 thomas sir.............recommanded to everybody doing echo.........
